Busilet is a reference implementation of IDTP and UTID.
The UTID (Universally Traceable Identifier) is used to identify any thing in the real world or virtual world. The IDTP (Identifier Tracing Protocol) is a communication protocol to access the information of a thing that identified by UTID.
