Epcol gives access to factory builtin features of ESC-P2 printers
Epcol gives simple access to using factory builtin features of ESC-P2 printers such as the Epson LQ590 printer. These printers have very nice embedded fonts that are easy to use when a file is processed by epcol before printing. The proportional fonts are very nice looking fonts. A typical usage is putting macro commands in the text file or specifying a command option to epcol on the command line as shown in the epcol syntax statement. Just give epcol an unknown option to get the syntax echoed (e.g., epcol -z). ... -

...I'm constantly adding in new characters (diacritics, box-drawing characters, etc.), so I figured I'd put it up on GitHub for people to reap benefits of this. I also recently added some nice Haskell features (that can be used in other languages too)! Creep has most of the basic box drawing characters implemented. Therefore creep usually works with most ncurses-type programs or with tmux window-splitting for example. Creep supports all the symbols needed for Lokaltog's awesome powerline plugin for vim.
