Το πρόγραμμα «Στρατιωτικές Δαπάνες» δημιουργήθηκε προκειμένου να συντάσσονται αυτόματα όλα τα δικαιολογητικά των δαπανών, να αποφεύγονται τα λάθη και να μειώνεται ο χρόνος συντάξεως της δαπάνης.
