Using Gutmann method for securely deleting files in Windows.
Gutmann method uses 35 passes over the region to be deleted, 8 of them are Pseudo-random. Considered by some to be highly effective for preventing file recovery.

This project aims at providing an API in .NET to gather directory/files information of an NTFS volume very efficiently. (in contrast to the classic approach like FindFirst/FindNext which is really slow on large directories.)
This program runs on XP/2000/NT plataform using the Microsoft .NET Framework and Microsoft SAPI speech / voice engine.
Monitors an unlimited number of files on local or remote filesystems , for changes and then speak the content
