Database Replication, Filtered Synchronization, and Transformation
SymmetricDS is database replication and file synchronization software. It is a platform-independent, web-enabled, and database-agnostic synchronization tool. With initial data load, bidirectional change data capture, conflict resolution, and data transformation, it is a comprehensive data replication solution.
HaveClip is a peer-to-peer clipboard synchronization tool.
Ctrl+C on one computer, Ctrl+V on another.
Clipboard is instantly synchronized across all your devices. It can handle all
forms of text, images and even application-specific data.
HaveClip is multiplatform. Copy something in one OS, paste in another.
Supports Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, Sailfish OS and coming to Android.
This application synchronizes Lotus Notes Calendar entries with Google Calendar. GCal supports syncing with both iOS (iPhone/iPad/iPod) and Android devices, so you can now view your Lotus Notes calendar on your mobile device. GCal also allows you to view the calendar using any ical/rss/html compatible viewer.
Currently the sync is only one direction: pushing Lotus Notes entries to GCal. All entries manually created in GCal will be ignored (and not copied down to Lotus Notes).
CalDAV sync for Android

Stopped working on it. Doesn't make any sense to spend more time on it; I recommend e.g. DAVdroid as an opensource and ready-to-use solution on clientside.
