    Run a point-of-presence within Myel

Run a point-of-presence within Myel, the community-powered content delivery network. Our mission is to build a community powered content delivery network that is resilient, scalable, and peer-to-peer ↔️ to suit the long-term needs of Web3 applications. We're currently using Filecoin building blocks and are aspiring to make this library as interoperable as possible with existing Web3 backends such as IPFS. This library is still experimental so feel free to open an issue if you have any suggestions or would like to contribute.

It's a WASM web-application that allows you to mint ERC-721 and ERC-1155 tokens to any specified address from supported networks. Used contracts are based on OpenZeppilin contracts, but with one unusual feature - mint method can be called by anyone, not just by an owner. The entire web app works as a static website, hosted on Github Pages. There is no backend, it runs only in your browser.

    NFT Storage

    NFT Storage

Free decentralized storage and bandwidth for NFTs on IPFS and Filecoin

NFT.Storage is a long-term storage service designed for off-chain NFT data (like metadata, images, and other assets) for up to 31GiB in size per individual upload. Data is content addressed using IPFS, meaning the URI pointing to a piece of data is completely unique to that data (using a content identifier, or CID). IPFS URLs and CIDs can be used in NFTs and metadata to ensure the NFT forever actually refers to the intended data (eliminating things like rug pulls and making it trustlessly verifiable what content an NFT is associated with). NFT.Storage stores many copies of uploaded data on the public IPFS network in two primary ways: in dedicated IPFS servers managed by NFT.Storage, and decentralized on Filecoin.

    NFT art maker

    NFT art maker

Generates images and metadata files, packs them into IPFS CAR files

NFT Art Maker, generates images and metadata files, packs them into IPFS CAR files, and uploads them using nft.storage. All from provided PNG layers. The primary task of this tool is to generate a randomized set of images from provided PNG layers and pack them into .car files. Then you can upload them to IPFS using nft.storage or other tools. nft-art-maker tool doesn't assume any way of uploading to ipfs, but I would recommend nft.storage where you can upload whole .car file. They offer free pinning service and Filecoin storage. So even if you delete it there or nft.storage stops working for some reason, the data will persist. Of course, learn about it first. They have a friendly UI, but you can also use the CLI tool for that.

    Napster Reloaded

    Napster Reloaded

A simple lightweight music sharing system inspired by napster

Inspired by napster it is a simple java swing application to share music files. How to use? Put mp3 files you want to share in the shared folder. Put server's ip address and connect. Search by title or artist and download chosen files. Downloaded songs will be in Downloaded folder. The same application can be used as server and client. Server must use 127.0.0.1 or other localhost ip address and click connect. Then clients can connect using server's ip address. Rest is limitless sharing and fun. :)

    NarrowBand DataTrans

    NarrowBand DataTrans

Data transmission through low-tech communication media

Set of executable files for sending and receiving data / short multimedia files through a narrow bandwidth transmission media. The signal output to the transmitter is the sound card analog output socket while the received signal taken from the receiver is fed to a sound card analog input line. Targeted audience: * Short wave / long wave (narrow bandwidth) Amateur Radio enthusiasts * Experimenters of vintage transmission systems * People living in areas with absolutely no Internet and no 3G/4G/Edge access (only analog telephone or CB radio), so that peer-to-peer data sharing (or even broadcast to several peers at a time) are made possible. * Conditions where only a unidirectional audio link is available (no handshaking required)

    Nautilus Core

    Nautilus Core

Automation tools for deploying blockchain networks

Naultilus Core is a tool to automate running Tezos Nodes. It allows customization of the most important node features, and easily running multiple nodes, along with different integrations to simplfy node interactions. With each Node in Archive mode, you can also start an instance of Conseil and Arronax. Nautilus Core is only supported in macOS and Linux. Running Tezos Nodes (particularly Archive Nodes) can take massive amounts of storage when fully synced (~300 GB). 16GB of memory is recommended for running Tezos Nodes, along with the other processes alongside it. 8GB of ram should suffice, but it might not be comfortable for the containers, nor for anything else running on the machine.

    Neoblog

    Neoblog

Neoblog is a public blogging platform that's completely serverless

Neoblog is a public blogging platform that's completely serverless. Reading and posting articles to our platform require no servers and runs completely on the NEO Blockchain and IPFS. The traditional way of setting up a blog is to set up a server that will store your content. With modern technologies, we are advancing into an age that moves away from traditional servers. Combine this with the decentralization of storage (IPFS) and blockchain, we now have a toolkit to provide an application that's completely serverless. Neoblog is a serverless application that uses these these technologies: built on the NEO blockchain, articles are posted to our smart contract, while the content is stored on IPFS.
