Few weeks ago, I needed to get 1 file from a remote device, and only serial communication was possible.
I search everywhere, but I couldn't find any implementation for .net...
So here it comes as a simple "get file" library.
It works with several limitations that can be improved if needed.
The project is built with Visual Studio 2008
