    An IPFS implementation in Go

Kubo was the first IPFS implementation and is the most widely used one today. Implementing the Interplanetary Filesystem - the Web3 standard for content-addressing, interoperable with HTTP. Thus powered by IPLD's data models and the libp2p for network communication. Kubo is written in Go. IPFS is a global, versioned, peer-to-peer filesystem. It combines good ideas from previous systems such as Git, BitTorrent, Kademlia, SFS, and the Web. It is like a single BitTorrent swarm, exchanging git...

    Hyprspace

    Hyprspace

A Lightweight VPN Built on top of IPFS + Libp2p

...Libp2p is a networking library created by Protocol Labs that allows nodes to discover each other using a Distributed Hash Table. Paired with NAT hole punching this allows Hyprspace to create a direct encrypted tunnel between two nodes even if they're both behind firewalls. Moreover! Each node doesn't even need to know the other's ip address prior to starting up the connection. This makes Hyprspace perfect for devices that frequently migrate between locations but still require a constant virtual ip address.

    EdgeUR

    EdgeUR

Edge Gateway + Storage deal making using Delta

Edge is currently under heavy development. Dedicated light node to upload and retrieve their CIDs. To do this, we decoupled the upload and retrieval aspect from the Estuary API node so we can create a node that can live on the "edge" closer to the customer. Dedicated node assignment for each customer. The customer or user can now launch an edge node and use it for both uploading to Estuary and retrieval using the same API keys issued from Estuary. ...

    Incubed Client in C

    Incubed Client in C

The IN3 client (written in C)

...Currently the solution of choice is to use a light client or remote client on mobile devices. While this may work for mobile phones, most IoT devices are unable to run light clients. Connecting an IoT device to a remote node enables even low-performance IoT devices to be connected to blockchain. However, by using distinct remote nodes, the advantages of a decentralized network are undermined introducing a single point of failure. Also, it is unsecure because the client is not able to verify the results by itself. The same applies for mobile apps or web pages.

    ipfs-api-mount

    ipfs-api-mount

Mount IPFS directory as local FS

...By adding caching one can improve performance a lot. Apart from mounting one specified CID you can also mount whole IPFS namespace. This is similar to ipfs mount provided in go-ipfs. ipfs-api-mount uses node API for listing directories and reading objects. Objects are decoded and file structure is created localy (not in IPFS node). Caching is added on objects level. In case of nonlinear file access with many small reads there is a risk of cache thrashing. If this occurs performance will be much worst than without cache. When using the command you can adjust cache size to get best performance.
