A tool for sourcecode downloading and integrity checking
SRCDB is a simple database and a utility managing the database.
SRCDB (db) is designed to keep track of URLs of tarballs [presumably containing sourcecode] and checksums (md5) of the files contained in the taballs. It is implemented as a filesystem subtree. The key to the database consists of 2 fields: name and version separated by dash. In the filesystem the key is implemented as a 'name/version' subtree.
SRCDB (util) is designed to:
1) Populate its database with the data describing tarballs: name of the tarball, URLs of origin and contents checksums.
2) Download and perform integrity checks of tarballs described by the database, given the database key.
3) Inform other tools about location of a tarball in the local filesystem (or its absence), given the database key.

File system/directory monitoring utilities with loggin and task processing support (can execute files or make a WCF service call). Multiple configuration options. Sourcecode libraries can be used to create a custom file system monitor.
Deploy in 115+ regions with the modern database for every enterprise.

...It also aims to publish metadata about the datasets to RDA (Research Data Australia) so that the datasets can be discovered (and potentially shared) by searching or browsing through the ANDS website.
In order to accomplish the above functionality, this project used the following open sourcecode and customised it as necessary.
- Vivo (configured for UWA but no code changes)
- DSpace (significantly customised)
- iDrop upload tool (significantly customised)
- JDownloadManager (again, significantly customised)
The package in this SourceForge project contains our customised version of DSpace, iDrop and JDownloadManager.

GUI based lightweight duplicate file finder / remover.
Simple GUI based lightweight duplicate file finder and remover. Configurable file search and preview (via external tools) option for file data. No command-line interface available!
This is basically a reimplementation of dupfinder as: it doesn't compile on my computer, the executable won't work either, the projects seems dead and I didn't wanna work through the original code. So Look'n'Feel should be somewhat the same, though some changes have been made.
Algorithm is simple and...
extract unique file sets from sets with duplicates
...There are lots of duplicates and I want to extract a unique set from the larger set. That is what dupless does.
Written in Java, using sqlite, it is some simple code that solves the duplicate file problem.
All of the code is contained in the .jar file, both source and binary.
Currently it writes scripts for use on Linux or Windows.
See the Wiki or the README.txt in the .jar file for more information.
Use your database as a file system. Current: java code can be used as a data-storage module inside of webdav servlet. Future: possibly adding a fuse module, any other suggestions ?
fstransform is a tool to change a file-system from one format to another, for example from jfs/xfs/reiser to ext2/ext3/ext4, in-place and without the need for backup.
Sourcecode is hosted on github: https://github.com/cosmos72/fstransform
SlinkE is a highly elastic distributed cloud computing environment. All sourcecode is included in all of the products. Our goal in making it open source is to allow others to contribute to the project.
Dynamic tree of Java objects encapsulates hard-drive and Jar/Zip files (and their inner files) and Java objects all the same way. Create new ways of communication as executable Jar files, like a paint program that creates/uses paint programs as tools
A library, GUI and sample cli script for managing Data Robotics storage units on Linux. (http://www.drobo.com)
There is a library, Drobo.py, which implements the ioctl interface defined in the published specs and code samples.
This project is an attempt to create a wrapper between filesystem code for one operating system and compile it for another. For example, a Linux filesystem driver could work natively in Windows if the project goes as planned.
AFRS utilizes the Linux inotify kernel tool to monitor your filesystem for file changes, records or displays those changes and if desired, replicates those changes in near real time to other systems running AFRS using rsync. AFRS can also be used as a li
Java Virtual System (JVS) is built around a virtual file system (VFS) - a common platform of Java, by Java, for Java. JVS extends JVM and makes it from an interpreter running half-compiled code a first-class server.
kebap is the long-awaited Perl IDE. It currently uses nedit as text- and macro-engine and ships with a wx GUI. It consists of a tree-view based file-manager for the code repositories of a project. A plug-in API allows extending kebap in perl.

Provides an upgrade to the mount command. By utilizing a semi-GUI approach it allows (auto fs) mounts to be made with ease. Using a built-in directory browser and automated code you can mount a file system, and browse it in 10 keystrokes or less.
A web-based WYSIWYG editor and website managing software that does NOT use the Rich Text Editor (RTE). Written in PHP, MySQL, and JavaScript, this software is designed to complement the personal and professional web developers gamit of backend tools.
