It opens up 2 browser tabs with login prompt, to help you make parallel entry into system, i.e. to maintain listbox reference data first & also your registers data next. 3 users present : operator, refsmanager & usermanager, for doing registry entry, listbox data entry & password change / create many operators respectively.
