GGI stands for "General Graphics Interface", and it is a project that aims to develop a reliable, stable and fast graphics system that works everywhere. We want to allow any program using GGI to run on any platform requiring at most a recompile.

NeoBSD is a free Unix-like operating system created as a fork of NetBSD. And aims to combine the all best features of other BSD systems. At the beginning will be supported x86 platform. And priority will be: * move from GCC * work on O3 optimization of kernel and highly loaded parts of system; * port Xen dom0 support to other bsd's; * porting various applications to work with SysV IPC rather than Dbus * "new life" for Xorg UMS drivers * slim, not freedesktop.org like desktop
