MobiLinux is a mobile Linux distro based on Ubuntu 12.04 ARMv7 Build and is made to run on Android mobile phones while using little ram. AOSP-based Operating System (On phone tap on "Try to download anyway")
halogenOS test builds (release builds are just a leftover) The test builds and modules are supposed to be only used by our testers. But if you are not a tester, and use these builds anyways, don't expect support if you get problems. You can report the bugs, but you have to be experienced enough to know how to revert back to a working state and how to report bugs and provide logs.
A minimal Debian based Linux system

GTCop Professional Security Appliance aims to provide a powerful tool for satellite communications, with enhanced QoS and bandwidth controls. As derived from IPCop Firewall, it is a stable, secure, easy to configure and maintain GNU/Linux firewall box.
Educational Linux Distribution
Main goals: * Prepare operating system based on Linux kernel and free software for use at home from scratch by building sources. Binary packages/images are also available. * Each package is installed in separate directory, so you can use different versions of applications and libraries by design. * There is only one user 'kanapi' with root permissions, so you don't have to login, remember passwords, etc. * Simple configuration * Automatic compilation.
A browser-only OS for web kiosks & web workstations.
Now update ! Kiosk is an ubuntu 12.04. An answer for a Kiosk application from Université Rennes 2. A browser-only OS for web kiosks and web workstations. This is a "Home Brew" of a kiosk application, produced in Université Rennes 2, Rennes, France. Our 21.000+ students and staff need to consult our main library catalog. Based on and customized from an Ubuntu distribution, with an auto-logon bootup , this kiosk application will lock the user with the embeded Firefox browser, on a dedicated portal, with no other possibilities. This Iso file is working fine on most 386 architecture. It has been tested on multiple Dell PCs, Asus EEEbox and even customized Wyse V10LE thin client ( with internal USB sticks ..) Thank you. One of the worst possible derivatives of Ubuntu for GUI lovers.
XDA people: This is my first large-scale project EVER. Please be nice. ANDROIDER is a derivative of Ubuntu. I took the Ubuntu Mini Remix, stripped it to bare bones, then added an uber basic window manager, an ancient login manager, a wireless manager and browser that only run in the command line, and the prerequisites needed to build the AOSP. It limps along, has configuration errors and bugs up the wahazoo still, and wants to die at every turn. Oh, and the partition manager is command line only as well. Depending on the version you download, it can build either FroYo and older, or Gingerbread and newer. You won't need to download Repo either. As I figure everything out, I'll be adding help documents and such. Don't expect much fast, though. Note: I will put updates on the blog, where I should have been putting them all along. A minimal Linux distro
Aloofix is a build kit for creating a minimalist Linux distribution optimized for running in a virtual machine.
The CK 64-Bit Kernel Operating System
This project is a implementation of layers. Use Virtual machines & virtual adapters alike an onion! Another operating solution instead of Microsoft Windows Server operating system. It is to be used via remote controlling. The special new "Cktool32" will make it easy to handle *Ck64Krnl*.
An operating system written in C & assembly.
An operating system written in C & assembly. FruityOrange uses the concept of a monolithic kernel and GRUB as bootloader for the kernel and some modules. There is still no release. If you want do try the development-version, get the Sourcecode and build by yourself!
Digital operating for Ham Radio on ARM Single board computers.
Ham ARM Linux - Digital operations mainly focused on AX.25 using packet modems. This project is about making the ARM single board computers come to life for Ham Radio in a controlled and structured way, so operators can learn the ins and outs of packet radio. There will be an image for each supported board, and a set of shell scripts to help the user to configure their system simply and properly. HAL hopes to cut out the days of circular searching on the internet for how to get a simple packet system running! Initial offering will result in a fully functional one or two radio AX.25 packet system, and optionally a Net/ROM port, Uronode, AxMailFax, and the venerable FBB BBS system, all supported by the Direwolf sound modem software. Later APRS support and application choices will also be added.
(Main Project) The Independent Innovative Free-Libre Open-Source Software public project's mission is to create, as an open community, the perfect conceptually new feature-complete free-libre open-source operating system from scratch.

Registered 2 hours ago by Hemant Penetration Testing OS which is inspired by "Backtrack" but it will work with Day to Day usage such as multimedia needs or may be some other usages other than Penetration Testing. In short I am a student in Information security & was inspired by Backtrack but there was one limitation for me with that it wouldn't work with Day to Day usage such as multimedia needs or may be some other usages so I decided to make a new Penetration Testing Distro which can be used for other activities as well other than Penetration Testing. Now please don't be so harsh since this is my first attempt in making new Distro & I am alone working on it so I will appreciate any help/Suggestions/Guidance I can get. Thank You Hemant
A multiplatform, DOS-like operating system
This project was started as an implementation of DOS for homebrew computers. Its design stresses simplicity, adaptability, and flexibility. The operating system is largely written in C, allowing it to more easily be ported to other targets. The initial implementation will be for the Intel 8086; however, there are plans to port it to architectures based on the Z80, ARM, and amd64 as well.
chessoclock is a simple chess clock running on a virtual terminal
chessoclock is a simple chess clock running on a virtual terminal. It supports an user defined time amount and increment per move as well as extra time and all the features of a Fischer clock. chessoclock is no longer based on the curses library. Install it on your (even old old old) laptop and you can have a chess clock everywhere in every moment. Under Linux only it can run in a xterm, but you get best visual effect when running in a virtual terminal or on the console and not under X. Merging chessoclock and a Minix 2.0.4 root disk gives us chessoflop. Use chessoflop to turn your twenty years old 80286 into a chess clock without installing anything. Reverse the image on a floppy, put that disk on your old computer, turn it on and that’s all! chessoflop image is available in the download page (it's the one all capitalized).
Customize Kernel 64-Bit Operating System
An Open Source Solution usable instead of Microsoft Windows. The ck64os enables server operating system tasks but is downgradable to an End-User software distribution for Tablet-PCs. It's Microsoft Windows application programming interface compability bases on incorporated virtualization layers.
This is a danish linux-distribution. Focus is on making it completely danish and targeting it on the needs of danish users. One installation target could be "Office" including Openoffice and related accounting software and communications.
