JMCAD is an program for the modeling and simulation of complex dynamic systems. This includes the ability to construct and simulate block diagrams. The visual block diagram interface offers a simple method for constructing, modifying and maintaining complex system models. The simulation engine provides fast and accurate solutions for linear, nonlinear, continuous time, discrete time, time varying and hybrid system designs. With JMCAD, users can quickly develop software or "virtual" prototypes of systems or processes to demonstrate their behavior prior to building physical prototypes. The user builds his system model by selecting predefined blocks from a block library and simply wiring the blocks together. Each block of the diagram performs a function. Users can also create custom blocks in Java and add them to the JMCAD block library. JMCAD is a block diagram language for creating complex nonlinear dynamic systems.

A small command-line utility written in c++ to change format within the fields of a comma separated value files. The rationale for having such a tool is that sometimes we export data to CSV file from a system/library that doesn't allow fine control over the exact format of the fields, and we need to import the file in another system that insists on some specific representation . For example: exported 0 vs 0.00 ,, vs ,"", (or the other way around) needed 001 vs 1.

THE NEW, 11/7/2013 VERSION OF MOLCRUNCH IS HERE Molcrunch is an atomic or molecular electronic properties computational package. It provides Gaussian and Slater orbital support for SCF, MCSCF, and orthogonal or nonorthogonal orbital CI calculations. Its most sophisticated feature is a configuration manipulation CI package that provides symmetry filtering, orbital occupation selection, and a choice of many other wave function and/or basis characteristics. The symmetry filtering includes the ability to deal directly with certain non-Abelian groups as well as all Abelian groups. Linear systems can be treated exactly within the full continuous D-infinity-h or C-infinity-v groups. The package is completely modular, allowing control over ordering of most steps within the limitations imposed by the theory. Flow is controled completely by tcsh shell scripts, many of which are provided in the package. Users may devise their own scripts, of course.
