This project is for the portable computer "Cambridge Z88", produced by Sir Clive Sinclair (of ZX Spectrum fame). We continue to support software development (ROM, 3rd party apps on memory cards and desktop applications). A fast, unobtrusive and modern cross-platform GUI toolkit. Agar fully exploits hardware acceleration where available, but also supports simple frame-buffer interfaces. Agar is stand-alone and easily portable to new platforms and graphics systems.
FrodoZ is a C64 emulator for the Tapwave Zodiac, a PalmOS 5.2 based device. It will include support for the hires 480x320 screen, analog control & sound.
LichtTools simulates a bulb, enabling the user to read books in front of the screen without other light sources available. When used on mobile platforms LichtTools acts as flashlight.
Media Lab Asia collaborated with IIT Delhi for development real-time kernel O/S named “RTKER OS” portable on microprocessor based systems and a Multithreaded O/S for 8-bit microcontrollers (like 8051 and ATMega128) as low cost embedded solution.
