He 's divided into two main functions: notes (Task) and Report. Allows you to write down all events of a project at work. But the function Task can be also directed to the cataloging of objects and creating archives (eg. Books, collections, recipes ...). Each note (Task) is part of an item which in turn is part of a topic.
