JCryptor is an encrypting tool based on the Caesar-cipher.
JCryptor uses the Caesar-cipher to encrypt keystrokes on-the-fly. It can also be used to decrypt an encrypted text easily. Caesar-cipher is a simple encryption algorithm, developed by Julius Caesar, to encrypt his correspondence with Cicero in the ancient world. Therefore it uses a simple character substitution method to replace a given character by another. A keyshift of thirteen is called ROT13. ROT13 can be decrypted by encrypting it again with ROT13. SLEncrypt is a python module for encryption with 11 ciphers at the moment, including ADFGVX, Autokey, Caesar/ROT13, Vigenere, XOR and a lot more. It contains functions allowing you to easily encrypt/decrypt files. The code is about 95% PEP 8 compilant.
