    Simple GUI tool for openssl to sign files with GOST algorithm

    ...If you have your ".PEM" file already - nothing else will be needed. But you can easily make one within this utility. All you need to do this - is a ".PFX"(p12) file. In the openssl folder you'll find an x86 and x64 installation packets of openssl commandline utility which are HIGHLY recommended to use, 'cause this utility was created and tested exactly with those versions of openssl.
