    VirtualBox

    VirtualBox

    Virtualization software for x86_64 hardware

VirtualBox is a powerful open-source full virtualization software that allows a user to run one or more “guest” operating systems simultaneously inside “virtual machines” on a single physical “host” machine. It supports a wide variety of host platforms (Linux, Windows, macOS, Solaris, etc.) and guest OSes, enabling, for example, running Linux on a Windows PC, running Windows Server on a Linux host, or even legacy OSes in a controlled environment. This flexibility makes VirtualBox ideal for developers, testers, sysadmins, or hobbyists who need different OS environments, want to test software across systems, or need isolation for development, sandboxing, or security experiments. ...

    BMDFM

    BMDFM

    Binary Modular DataFlow Machine (BMDFM)

Binary Modular DataFlow Machine (BMDFM) is a software package that enables running an application in parallel on shared memory symmetric multiprocessing (SMP) computers using the multiple processors to speed up the execution of single applications. BMDFM automatically identifies and exploits parallelism due to the static and mainly dynamic scheduling of the dataflow instruction sequences derived from the formerly sequential program. The BMDFM dynamic scheduling subsystem performs a...

    Nuance

An uneducated try to resurrect and modernize the Nuance NUON emulator

...was later-on released by his family via http://www.dragonshadow.com/-/downloads/NuanceExperimental.zip By now, emulation was improved a lot with many games now working almost correctly (except for "random" endless loops that still occur in the emulated code due to whacky audio syncing) in the new 0.6.X release. Due to the (debatable) way how Mike designed the emulation core, this project is not trying to provide cycle-accurate emulation, but can rather be seen as a virtual NUON machine that provides as much computational power as possible from the host PC. The advantage: Games that stutter on original HW can run smooth. The disadvantage: Syncing problems (for now) in some games.

    QToaster

A simple and fast frontend for the QEMU Emulator - Freeware.

QToaster is a simple app that executes QEMU with proper command line parameters (a frontend). The features are pretty basic, the executable is small and is a portable application. I needed something to automate QEMU quickly operate fast without having to worry about setting things up. I just wanted to get moving fast. It is designed just for that. It will keep your last machine settings and reload them from the .ini files that it creates. The main purpose I needed this for is Android -...

    Simplify

    Simplify

    Android virtual machine and deobfuscator

Simplify virtually executes an app to understand its behavior and then tries to optimize the code so that it behaves identically but is easier for a human to understand. Each optimization type is simple and generic, so it doesn't matter what specific type of obfuscation is used. Provides a virtual machine sandbox for executing Dalvik methods. After executing a method, it returns a graph containing all possible register and class values for every execution path. It works even if some values are unknown, such as file and network I/O. For example, any if or switch conditional with an unknown value results in both branches being taken. ...

mqnic - virtual link layer for qemu/kvm

Low latency, high bandwidth IP for virtual machines

MQNIC ( Message Queue NIC ) Virtual Link Layer The Message Queue NIC project provides a virtual link layer for qemu/kvm based virtual machines. The virtual link layer provides transport using the Apache ActiveMQ message server or other message bus and eliminates the need for external IP infrastructure to support VM deployments. Based on the ivshmem technology originally developed by Cam Macdonell the mqnic drivers use zero copy vm<->host data transfers and the apache message server to provide low latency, high bandwidth IP support for virtual data centers while simplifying the provisioning of hosted IP. ...
