Arcan is a portable and fully scriptable frontend for launching games, emulators and other full-screen applications in a visual appealing way, as seamlessly as possible. This simple Emulator can process OIS programs (one instruction set) and also generate them with a simple built-in assembler. It also contains a 256x256 pixel big screenbuffer for graphical outputs and network support.
