NEmu is an emulator/simulator for exploring computer architecture. It provides a virtual machine, a debugger, and simulations of various cpus and hardware. NEmu is built on top of ALib, my own application framework.

This simple Emulator can process OIS programs (one instruction set) and also generate them with a simple built-in assembler. It also contains a 256x256 pixel big screenbuffer for graphical outputs and network support.

Oemu is a 8085 emulator written in java. It runs only CP/M but intends to be a multiemulator with full debugging capabilities. Some features Oemu currently implements (at least partially): terminal simulator (with customizable behaviour), swing based debugger, access to CP/M disk format (Oemu can mount directories as CP/M disks), multilingual user interface.

Open86 is a small, modular, cross-platform x86 emulator that is currently in development.

A C++-based Commodore 64 emulator that is written with portability to other platforms in mind. A first implementation for the .Net platform has been created, others should follow.
