    Box64

    Box64

Linux Userspace x86_64 Emulator with a twist, targeted at ARM64 Linux

...Because box86 uses the native versions of some “system” libraries, like libc, libm, SDL, and OpenGL, it’s easy to integrate and use with most applications, and performance can be surprisingly high in some cases. Many games already work without much tweaking, for example: WorldOfGoo, Airline Tycoon Deluxe, and FTL. Many of the GameMaker Linux games also run fine. (There’s a long list, among them are Undertale, A Risk of Rain, or Cook Serve Delicious.) Box64 is the 64bits version of Box86. It is used to run x86_64 binaries on ARM64 (i.e. aarch64) Linux. There are some YouTube channels where you can see box86 and box64 in action: MicroLinux, PILabs, and The Byteman at least.

    Windows 95 in Electron

    Windows 95 in Electron

Windows 95 in Electron. Runs on macOS, Linux, and Windows

...Beyond being a playful trip down memory lane, the project demonstrates how emulation can be packaged using modern frameworks & how legacy operating systems can be encapsulated as distributable desktop experiences. It’s become an example of how software preservation and creative programming can intersect, inspiring others to bring historic systems to life.

    VirtualBox

    VirtualBox

    Virtualization software for x86_64 hardware

VirtualBox is a powerful open-source full virtualization software that allows a user to run one or more “guest” operating systems simultaneously inside “virtual machines” on a single physical “host” machine. It supports a wide variety of host platforms (Linux, Windows, macOS, Solaris, etc.) and guest OSes, enabling, for example, running Linux on a Windows PC, running Windows Server on a Linux host, or even legacy OSes in a controlled environment. This flexibility makes VirtualBox ideal for developers, testers, sysadmins, or hobbyists who need different OS environments, want to test software across systems, or need isolation for development, sandboxing, or security experiments. ...

    SockJS-client

    SockJS-client

    WebSocket emulation and Javascript client

...If that fails it can use a variety of browser-specific transport protocols and presents them through WebSocket-like abstractions. SockJS is intended to work for all modern browsers and in environments which don't support the WebSocket protocol, for example, behind restrictive corporate proxies. SockJS-client does require a server counterpart, such as SockJS-node, which is a SockJS server for Node.js. The API should follow HTML5 Websockets API as closely as possible. All the transports must support cross domain connections out of the box. It's possible and recommended to host a SockJS server on a different server than your main web site.

    Locale Emulator

    Locale Emulator

Yet another system region and language simulator

...Locale Emulator is compatible with the following systems, both 32 and 64-bit, Windows 7 with Service Pack 1, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Locale Emulator supports 32-bit executables running on both 32-bit or 64-bit systems. For example, if you are using 64-bit WinRAR, you will not see the context menu on a RAR file unless you swapped 64-bit WinRAR with the 32-bit version. Clone the repo using Git, install Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 / 2017, open LocaleEmulator.sln, perform build action, clone and build the core libraries, and copy LoaderDll.dll and LocaleEmulator.dll from Locale-Emulator-Core to Locale-Emulator build folder.

    Mininet

    Mininet

Emulator for rapid prototyping of Software Defined Networks

Mininet creates a realistic virtual network, running real kernel, switch and application code, on a single machine (VM, cloud or native), in seconds, with a single command. Because you can easily interact with your network using the Mininet CLI (and API), customize it, share it with others, or deploy it on real hardware, Mininet is useful for development, teaching, and research. Mininet is also a great way to develop, share, and experiment with Software-Defined Networking (SDN) systems using...

    Simplify

    Simplify

    Android virtual machine and deobfuscator

...After executing a method, it returns a graph containing all possible register and class values for every execution path. It works even if some values are unknown, such as file and network I/O. For example, any if or switch conditional with an unknown value results in both branches being taken. Analyzes the execution graphs from smalivm and applies optimizations such as constant propagation, dead code removal, unreflection, and some peephole optimizations. These are fairly simple, but when applied together repeatedly, they'll decrypt strings, remove reflection, and greatly simplify code. ...

Tech Support Scammer Fake Run Dialogue

Tech Support Scammer Fake Run Dialogue

Fake run dialogue that is designed to confuse tech support scammers

...Many commands commonly used by scammers, such as cmd, msconfig and eventvwr are handled by this, but they provide results that the scammer would not be expecting, for example, the eventvwr command will bring up a dialogue saying everything looks normal. cmd will bring up the command prompt, but this is great when used in combination with my fake command prompt, also available on sourceforge. Commands not included all come back with the usual error as displayed for invalid entries in the real run dialogue.

    EM-65C02

    A 65C02 Emulator for Microchip PIC24/33

...The code supports varying amounts of RAM and ROM depending on the features of the host device. The emulation speed depends on the device and its oscillator configuration. A PIC24EP running at 70MIPS has emulates a 65C02 running at about 6Mhz. The example code configuration uses a copy of the BBC BASIC ROM image and a simulation of enough of the Acorn MOS to make the BASIC work using a serial UART connection.

    Multiagentsystem Ellipsis

    Multiagentsystem Ellipsis

Modular, agent-oriented and extendable agent toolkit.

...One of the core components is a special MBean (AgentModul) that makes it possible to load an agent powered by agent engines. Agent engines can execute one type of agent. Based on this mechanism, agents can be added dynamically to a running system, can be stopped (for example in case of an error) and restarted later. Ellipsis already comes with a predefined set of agents, offering basic services like agency, loader, holdingarea and migration.
