    Nebulex

    Nebulex

In-memory and distributed caching toolkit for Elixir

Nebulex provides support for transparently adding caching into an existing Elixir application. Similar to Ecto, the caching abstraction allows consistent use of various caching solutions with minimal impact on the code. Nebulex cache abstraction shields developers from directly dealing with the underlying caching implementations, such as Redis, Memcached, or even other Elixir cache implementations like Cachex. Additionally, it provides totally out-of-box features such as cache usage...

    Benchee

    Benchee

Easy and extensible benchmarking in Elixir

...There are also a bunch of plugins to draw pretty graphs and more! Benchee runs each of your functions for a given amount of time after an initial warmup, it then measures their run time and optionally memory consumption. It then shows different statistical values like average, standard deviation etc. The aforementioned plugins like benchee_html make it possible to generate nice-looking HTML reports, where individual graphs can also be exported as PNG images. first runs the functions for a given warmup time without recording the results, to simulate a "warm"/running system. ...

    Cachex

    Cachex

A powerful caching library for Elixir with support for transactions

Cachex is a high-performance in-memory caching library for Elixir, offering a robust feature set including expirations, size limits, hooks, fallbacks, async operations, and clustering capabilities. The version 4.x release brought optimized janitor routines, modular streaming and querying, runtime cache warming, size pruning (LRW/LRU), distributed routing mechanisms, and a major documentation overhaul.

    observer_cli

    observer_cli

Visualize Erlang/Elixir Nodes On The Command Line

...Increments are values that are mostly useful when compared to a previous one to have an idea of what they're doing because otherwise, they'd never stop increasing: bytes in and out of the node, number of garbage collector runs, words of memory that were garbage collected, and the global reductions count for the node. Total scheduler utilization will equal 1.0 when all schedulers have been active all the time between the two refresh intervals. The result being that there is a decent chunk of CPU usage that would be mostly free for scheduling actual Erlang work (assuming the schedulers are busy waiting more than trying to select tasks to run).

    Fast Elixir

    Fast Elixir

Writing Fast Elixir. Collect Common Elixir idioms

Fast Elixir is a curated collection of performance-focused best practices, idioms, and code snippets for writing efficient Elixir programs. The project documents common patterns in Elixir and compares their relative performance using benchmarks to guide developers toward faster and more memory-friendly code. By showcasing side-by-side examples, it highlights not only which approaches are faster but also why certain functions or techniques should be preferred in different scenarios. The repository is designed as a practical reference for developers who want to optimize Elixir applications without diving into premature micro-optimizations. ...

    Phoenix LiveDashboard

    Phoenix LiveDashboard

Realtime dashboard with metrics, request logging, plus storage, OS

Phoenix LiveDashboard is an interactive monitoring and debugging tool for Elixir applications, integrated directly into Phoenix. It offers real-time insights into system metrics such as memory, CPU, and process activity, as well as introspection of applications, supervision trees, and running processes. Built on top of Phoenix LiveView, it updates dashboards live without requiring page reloads. Developers can drill into request logs, Ecto queries, and telemetry events to diagnose performance issues. It also supports extensibility, allowing custom metrics and panels to be added for application-specific monitoring. ...

    Kitto

    Kitto

Kitto is a framework for interactive dashboards written in Elixir

...Jobs are supervised processes running concurrently. Widgets are coded in the popular React library. Uses a modern asset tool-chain, Webpack. Allows streaming SSE to numerous clients concurrently with low memory/CPU footprint. Easy to deploy using the provided Docker images, Heroku (guide) or Distillery (guide). Can serve assets in production. Keeps stats about defined jobs and comes with a dashboard to monitor them (demo). Can apply exponential back-offs to failing jobs. Reloads code upon change in development. Kitto is a framework to help you create dashboards, written in Elixir / React. ...
