The project is aimed at calculus instructors who wish to teach their course using projector/slides, and who wish to distribute homework and other pdf files to their students directly. The project includes elaborate 2D and 3D graphics written directly in embedded postscript/LaTeX. The graphics are fully modifiable by the lecturer without use of any external software. -

In silico fragmentation evaluation
Comparative analysis of open source in silico fragmentation tools
We compared the performance of four publicly available in silico fragmentation tools that help in structure elucidation of metabolites (MetFrag, CFM-ID, MAGMa+ and MS-FINDER). Using the output of these tools we developed a voting/consensus model which is combining, re-ordering and re-ranking the candidates file and increases the correct hit percentage. We used 520 compounds from the 2016 CASMI challenge with 312 compounds for training and 208 compounds for validation purposes. -

Here is a nice little class we can use to enumerate each and every point on a line. We are using the Digital Differential Analyzer (DDA) approach. The idea of drawing a simple line is well supported by just about every graphical framework. What is less sure is the ability to enumerate through a set of points so as to choose just which points we are interested in. LineDDA also graphically demonstrates support for Positive Slope, Negative Slope, Zero and No Slope. -
