Export data from "binary" to "data" .csv from TMS compatible loggers
...If some data has been not correctly exported using the TOMST Lolly software, this script will be able to recover all the data saved in the "binary" .csv file and save it as a "data" .csv file. Simply select all the "binary" files you want to export the information from and the data will be exported to corresponding "data" .csv files. Tested on a handful "binary" .csv files from 91, 92 and 94-type TMS loggers. -

It contains several new features: (1) You can add up to 10 species via the GUI. However, in principle, the number of species to be included programmatically is unlimited. (2) You can use a variety of growth functions via typing them in as a string on the GUI. (3) The model is transparent, sinc it comes with the Eclipse workbench of RePast. -
