A script to export / convert data from a "binary" .csv to a "data" .csv file for TOMST TMS model 91, 92 and 94 compatible loggers. If some data has been not correctly exported using the TOMST Lolly software, this script will be able to recover all the data saved in the "binary" .csv file and save it as a "data" .csv file. Simply select all the "binary" files you want to export the information from and the data will be exported to corresponding "data" .csv files. Tested on a handful "binary" .csv files from 91, 92 and 94-type TMS loggers. -

Fuzzy Ecospace Modelling (FEM) is an R-based program for quantifying and comparing functional disparity, using a fuzzy set theory-based machine learning approach. FEM clusters n-dimensional matrices of functional traits (ecospace matrices – here called the Training Matrix) into functional groups and converts them into fuzzy functional groups using fuzzy discriminant analysis (Lin and Chen 2004 – see main text for more information). Starting from GIMMS values as ascii data (each line will be treated as individual time series), the application can smooth the ts - values by applying different algorithm that are based on Fouriertransformation. Separation of seasonal figure as well as the detection of linear trends is possible. Possible breaks in longterm mean can be detected with a change-point analysis using CuSum algorithms. Phenological events such as start-of-season, day-of-max/day-of-min, end-of-season can be determined via threshold-based algorithms or via analysis of max. increase of NDVI during green-up. These analyses work also for multimodal phenologies where individual seasons (partly) interfere each other. User can navigate through all steps of analysis via GUI or can define complex workflows that will be processed in batch-mode. -

...It was named after the REDD+ pilot-project 'programme holistique de conservation des forêts à Madagascar'. phcfM includes two main functions: (i) demography(), to model the population growth with time in a hierarchical Bayesian framework using population census data and Gaussian linear mixed models and (ii) deforestation(), to model the deforestation process in a hierarchical Bayesian framework using land-cover change data and Binomial logistic regression models with variable time-intervals between land-cover observations. The two functions use embedded Gibbs samplers written in C++ with the Scythe statistical library to reduce computational time. -
