GEOMS2 is a geostatistics and geosciences modeling software. Provides interface for grid (mesh), point, surface and data (non-spatial) objects. MCC-LIDAR is a C++ application for processing LiDAR data in forested environments. It classifies data points as ground or non-ground using the Multiscale Curvature Classification algorithm.

Along with calculating basic statistics and quality parameters such as mean and variance, the soft-ware is capable of importing and visualizing different standard time series formats, determining and removing jumps and outliers, and makes numerical and publication quality graphical outputs. Bivariate statistical analysis (including correlation coefficient and linear regression) and time series analysis (including auto and cross-spectral analysis, wavelet power spectrum, spectrogram and periodicities) form the main analysis features of the software.

MF-OWHM represents a complete IHM that fully links the movement and use of groundwater, surface water, and imported water for consumption by agriculture and natural vegetation on the landscape, and for potable and other uses.

OVATION Prime is a seasonal model of the diffuse, monoenergetic, proton, and wave aurora. The OVATION Prime model is written in IDL and was developed at the Johns Hopkins Applied Physics Laboratory (JHU-APL) by Patrick Newell and co-workers. This current version includes updates to the retrospective and real time components, several efficiency enhancements and a user configuration as implemented by Rob Redmon and Janet Machol of NOAA. This is a community model. Users are invited to suggest and provide improvements. Documentation includes a model description and instructions for running the software. Biosphere3D targets interactive landscape rendering based on a virtual globe. It supports DEM, satellite and aerial images, 3D models (Collada), 3D plant models, and Shapefiles.
