    Cast / Crew Edit 2

Use IMDb's cast and crew data for DVD Profiler

...Afterwards you can modify the data and then copy to DVD Profiler. Please be aware that IMDb data must not be contributed to the Invelos database, but with this tool the linking ability of the crew will work (I gave up that hope for the “solution” of the DVD Profiler).

    libdvdetect DVD Online Database

libdvdetect provides fast database lookup for DVDs

...It reads the structure (e.g. titles and chapters) and generates a special checksum to look up the database. More details at http://www.dvdetect.de. The database can also be searched using a web browser at http://search.dvdetect.de/. For those who are curious I suggest downloading the binaries from https://sourceforge.net/projects/libdvdetect/files/binaries/ to try it out (windows only).

otatop dvd answers man's most difficult question. "What should I watch tonight?" It is a web based database of all of your dvds. It can recognize most dvd's by bar code or title (based on an online database) and randomly suggest DVD's based on criteria.

    dannyrip

    Automated CD/DVD ripper program

After a catastrophic disk failure, I needed to re-rip several hundred CDs and DVDs. None of the available solutions worked quite the way I wanted them to work, so I decided to spend a little time making a script to remove as much pain as possible from the process. The idea here is to have a system which is comprised of three parts - a ripper daemon, an encoder daemon, and a frontend.
