The DHIS protocol provides an name registration for host with dynamic IP described in page www.dhis.org. In this project is being developed a service for Windows XP that provides access to this protocol and its features.

Winip is client that allows single fully qualified domain names to identify dynamically addressed hosts. It currently interfaces with services that use the dhis protocal (http://www.dhis.org/dhis/) or the ods protocal (www.ods.org).
