The Community Scheduler Framework (CSF) is a set of Grid Services, implemented using the Globus Toolkit, which provides an environment for the development of metaschedulers that can dispatch jobs to resource managers such as LSF, SGE, PBS and Condor.
The Grid Programming Environment (GPE) turns a collection of computer systems into a Grid and provides graphical user interfaces and interoperable GridBeans for application development. It supports Globus Toolkit and Unicore-based infrastructures.
Slimgrid is a Java library for grid computations which is lighter than other ones (JPPF, Hadoop, ...). The main design goals are: minimalism, simplicity, pervasiveness. If you need to grab something which does not require you to comprehend massive and complex API's, do exhaustive configurations and installations, is robust and reliable, uses just one port for all management and communication, then SlimGrid is the right choice.
SAFMQ: Store and Forward Message Queue, message oriented middleware. Uses include Assured Async Messaging, SOA, Delayed/Batch, and Cluster/Grid Computing. The SAFMQ server provides cross platform communication among C++, PHP, Java, and .NET clients.
UNICORE Life provides Life Sciences components for the UNICORE grid technology. UNICORE Life consists of set of user interfaces (gridbeans) to the popular Life Sciences applications, tools to access different databases and other extensions to the UNICORE
Grid is aimed to be a cross-platform BOINC GUI that not only makes BOINC easier to use, but also more involving.
It's goal is to make the UI simpler and more elegant, and, in the future, include features that can make BOINC more fun to use, such as:
- Rank system: rank up as you acquire more credit
- Friend's list: add friends, track their progress, join in teams or compete
- Facebook integration: share your achievements on Facebook
L-GRID: a Light portal to access Grid via Web. It provides the control over the complete lifecycle of a Grid Job, from its submission and status monitoring, to the output retrieval.
It is client-server application. The L-GRID server is hosted on gridui.sns.it.
gridui.sns.it is GRID EGI User Interface for public access which supports "dteam","gridit","infngrid","lhcb","ops","theophys" virtual organizations.
A community repository to develop Commodity Grid (CoG) Software for the access of Grids, through high level interfaces. The main repository is maintained at http://www.cogkit.org

Transparent Local and Remote Parallelization for Java
Mpaxs provides a simple abstraction for executing Callables and Runnables either locally within the same Virtual Machine, on the same host via RMI, or on remote machines, also via RMI. It supports launching of new compute hosts via an extensible API, currently featuring local compute host launching and grid compute host launching using the DRMAA API.
The Hybrid Ad Hoc Grid is a self-organizing computational grid which has simplified installation, reduced administrative activities and fault recovery.
High performance distributed in-memory key/value store
Infinispan is an open source, Java based data grid platform. ***IMPORTANT*** Starting with Infinispan 5.0.0.FINAL, Infinispan releases are no longer hosted in Sourceforge. They can now be located in www.jboss.org/infinispan/downloads
The BIS-Grid engine is an extension of the UNICORE 6 middleware (www.unicore.eu) that implements WSRF compliant services to support WS-BPEL based workflow execution in Service Grids. This project is partly based on the ActiveBPEL engine
GridSim allows modeling and simulation of entities in parallel and distributed computing systems such as users, applications, resources, and resource brokers/schedulers for design and evaluation of scheduling algorithms. http://www.gridbus.org/gridsim
JAva DIstributed Framework provides a secure and flexible Framework for distributed grid and volunteer computing applications (separate client & server Framework). For more informations take a look at the project page http://jadif.sourceforge.net
The Instrument Element is a Grid/Cloud component that provides the computational/data Grid with an abstraction of real instruments, and Users with a more interactive interface to control them. More information: http://instrumentelem.sourceforge.net/
