JACOB stands for [J]ava [A]gent [C]ontainer [OB]jects. Its purpose is to provide a framerwork for developing Agent Applications (by plugins). Applicability in the domain of distributed computing, decentralized job scheduling and simple P2P frameworks.

JADE OSGi (based) MObility SErviceS (OsMoSes) is an OSGi based set of services that offers an alternative to the "built-in" mobility service of JADE. This project aims to bring to the JADE framework all the benefits of the OSGi technology, allowing to modularize the "agents" into "bundles" and migrate them in a transparent way. Currently this project is in a "proof of concept" stage and is looking for the community's interest to keep evolving into a full fledged product.
