ThunderstormDistributor is a queuing system that distributes jobs and computational workload across dynamic clusters in the cloud. It manages the assignment of jobs to maximize CPU and memory usage and prevent oversubscription of compute nodes. It also performs advanced statistics collection on individual compute nodes and jobs to graph the distribution of disk, network, CPU, and memory usage over time, which facilitates the advanced optimization and tuning of computational workflows.

"TianshanAS" is a J2EE server focusing on the specification implementation. It will not be a full-function j2ee server for enterprise use, but a mini-server with JNDI, JMS, EJB, JTS, JCA, CACHE and IOC microkernal for education purpose.

U-tube monitors the memory usage of each VM to detect its memory pressure, and periodically adjusts its memory allocation via memory hotplug. It is implemented as a loadable device driver to coordinate guest OS’ MMU with underlying hypervisor. In contrast to the popular ballooning mechanism, memory hotplug can dynamically expand a guest OS’s physical memory space beyond its maximum configured at booting time.

The Unified Search Framework is an HPC tool for conducting search optimization and experiment design on High Performance Computing platforms. USF has been designed for platforms containing thousands of processors, and tested to 10,000 CPU cores.
