This application wipes your storage units (HDDs, SSDs, and flash drives) and renders them unrecoverable. This process is irreversible, and the data cannot be recovered later. Using this application is especially recommended if you're considering selling your storage units. The program is powered by the default kernel module, the "shred" tool.
