Open Source C++ Digital Signage Software

A graphical interface to take advantage of screen estate on high definition televisions and digital signage built in C/C++ and GDI coupled with a server built in PHP (Zend Framework) for the administration interface and the system's backend.

This is a light weight software suite to be used as the basis for creating digital signage appliances like advertisement screens, public space displays and full software systems. It is intended to be used to control the playback of media files and be managed over the network through a socket server, which is included.

Vlayr is a digital signage application for Linux. It is written in C++ with Qt framework and can display text, images, web pages, video and georss news feeds from online or local resources. It supports playlists and scheduled content.
