OpenMusic is an object-oriented visual programming environment based on CommonLisp/CLOS. It provides libraries and editors that make it a powerful environment for music composition. It can also be used for teaching functional and object programming. THE OM 5.2 RELEASE HOSTED ON SOURCEFORGE IS NOT MAINTAINED ANYMORE. IT IS STILL AVAILABLE FOR IT INCLUDES PRELIMINARY ATTEMPTS AT PORTING OM TO LINUX PLATFORMS, WHICH WE BELIEVE COULD STILL BE USEFUL FOR FUTURE PORTS AND DEVELOPMENTS. The goal is a Lisp distribution, with a rich set of libraries, which helps to create standard GUI applications, which are easy to install by an end user, like other programs on the respective platforms.
EJab is a client for the Jabber (www.jabber.org) open standards instant messaging system which is written in Emacs Lisp and runs inside Emacs.

elmake is a way to provide makefiles for elisp packages (for emacs) which are processed completely in Elisp (no external autoconf, make etc. required). For info files, an external makeinfo is suggested, as elisp parsing of info files is slow.
