CBFLIB is a library of ANSI-C functions providing a simple mechanism for accessing Crystallographic Binary Files (CBF files) and Image-supporting CIF (imgCIF) files. The CBFLIB API is loosely based on the CIFPARSE API for mmCIF files.
This is an image registration plug-in for Gimp. The plug-in can be used as a Gimp tool for automatic alignment of similar, but displaced images. A typical use is the alignment of images in HDR methods before combining their intensities.

Homer is a free cross-platform SIP softphone with video support. The Homer software is able to communicate in peer-to-peer mode without any infra- structure. But it also supports SIP servers (PBX boxes) as well. The amount of participants per live video conferences is not limited by the software. Besides the conference functions, Homer can also be used for video/audio streaming, recording and screencasting. Video as well as audio data from files or hardware devices can be streamed to every conference participant individually. Additionally, video/audio streams can be started as separate unicast transmissions to any host in the local network or the Internet with quality settings ranging from very low to very high (HDTV). Luscus is the program for graphical display and editing of molecular systems. The program allows fast and easy building and/or editing different molecular structures, up to several thousands of atoms large. Luscus can also visualize dipole moments, normal modes, molecular orbitals, electron densities and electrostatic potentials. In addition, simple geometrical objects can be rendered in order to point out a geometrical feature or a physical quantity. The program is developed as a graphical interface for MOLCAS program package, however it's adaptive nature makes possible using luscus with other computational program packages and chemical formats. PyRPL turns your Red Pitaya into a powerful analog feedback device.
The Red Pitaya is a commercial, affordable FPGA board with fast analog inputs and outputs. This makes it useful for quantum optics experiments, in particular as a digital feedback controller for analog systems. Based on the open source software provided by the board manufacturer, PyRPL (Python RedPitaya Lockbox) implements many devices that are needed for optics experiments with the Red Pitaya. PyRPL implements various digital signal processing (DSP) modules (see features below). It allows to arbitrarily interconnect the available DSP modules and retrieve signal values on timescales below 1 ms. The graphical user interface (GUI) provides a realtime display of the various measurement instruments and allows the easy configuration of DSP signal chains and feedback controllers. At the highest abstraction level, arbitrary feedback sequences can be defined to fulfill tasks as complex as approaching and locking a resonance of a high-finesse Fabry-Perot cavity (tested up to finesse=100,000).
