Develop parallel programs. Try various thread configs. GUI front-end.
Avian Computing seeks to efficiently create parallel programs by changing how we think about parallel programs. Avian Computing discourages thinking about lines of code and encourages us to use a new model: flocks of birds. Changing the model to flocks of birds makes it easier to think about the actions that we want to perform concurrently, which leads to simpler and quicker development of working parallel programs. Avian Computing concepts are implemented by the Concurrency Explorer (ConcX) that simplifies parallel programming by providing a GUI frontend to setup, start, and monitor each bird (thread) in the program. ConcX allows you to start or stop one bird (thread) or the whole flock. The birds in the flock are loosely coupled & cooperate to accomplish your goal. ConcX offers many built-in info resources, such as by-thread logging, real-time display of individual thread activity, post mortem diagnostic information, saving of flock setups, parallel database access and more.

UBIQLIPSE is a plug-in for Eclipse that provides a WYSIWYG editor for the creation of UIQ 2.1 GUIs. UBIQLIPSE maintains an XML model of the GUI and converts this model into Symbian C++ code on demand, using an existing tool developed by Symbian.
A Java framework that enhances the JSR 268 (javax.smartcardio) framework with several abstraction features.
Publish/Subscribe, Request/Reply Messaging API for Java.
A Java middleware API supporting broker-less, type+topic-based publish/subscribe and request/reply messaging for both intra- and inter-application, object-level communication. Broker-less: messages are transmitted directly between eBus applications. There is no message broker (i.e. server) in between. Type+topic addressing: eBus clients subscribe to a message class (type) and message topic, providing stronger typing than just topic-based subscriptions. Object-level communication: eBus delivers messages directly to client objects, not to a client process.
The Common Lisp Reasoner extends the Common Lisp Object System (CLOS) to incorporate a powerful rule language suitable for all kinds of reasoning tasks, vanilla XML and RDF/XML interfaces, and support for a variety of AI-related applications, such as scheduling, planning and diagnosis.

This projects provides useful utility classes for Java 5 or later programming.
Java byte code compatibility analyser
Plugfy checks whether all dependencies of an extension are met. It pays special attention to method signatures and can detect incompatible byte code changes even if they are compatible at the source code level.
This project is unmaintaned and obsolete. For caching in .NET, refer to System.Runtime.Caching built-in library. https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/dotnet/framework/performance/caching-in-net-framework-applications Original description: An object cache for .NET, allowing in-memory storage of arbitrary objects tospeed up network or disk access. Developers can specify an absolute expiration for objects or a maximum age that is refreshed at each access.

Base class for PHP 5.3+ which allows design by contract in PHP
PHP Design by Contract provides a basic implementation of contract programming in PHP 5.3+. The base Contract class allows new or existing classes to define properties as protected Attributes and methods as Routines, which require argument type/class validation, aswell as PreCondition and PostCondition checks. Instances can also check for state consistency with an invariant check.
