SIMD-accelerated libjpeg-compatible JPEG codec library
libjpeg-turbo is a JPEG image codec that uses SIMD instructions (MMX, SSE2, NEON, AltiVec) to accelerate baseline JPEG compression and decompression on x86, x86-64, ARM, and PowerPC systems. On such systems, libjpeg-turbo is generally 2-6x as fast as libjpeg, all else being equal. On other types of systems, libjpeg-turbo can still outperform libjpeg by a significant amount, by virtue of its highly-optimized Huffman coding routines. In many cases, the performance of libjpeg-turbo rivals that of proprietary high-speed JPEG codecs. libjpeg-turbo implements both the traditional libjpeg API as well as the less powerful but more straightforward TurboJPEG API. libjpeg-turbo also features colorspace extensions that allow it to compress from/decompress to 32-bit and big-endian pixel buffers (RGBX, XBGR, etc.), as well as a full-featured Java interface.

Automated integer factorization
YAFU (with assistance from other free software) uses the most powerful modern algorithms (and implementations of them) to factor input integers in a completely automated way. The automation within YAFU is state-of-the-art, combining factorization algorithms in an intelligent and adaptive methodology that minimizes the time to find the factors of arbitrary input integers. Most algorithm implementations are multi-threaded, allowing YAFU to fully utilize multi- or many-core processors (including SNFS, GNFS, SIQS, and ECM). YAFU is primarily a command-line driven tool. You provide the number to factor and, via screen output and log files, YAFU will provide you the factors. There is also an interactive environment similar to MATLAB or PARI/GP, where you can type commands and store results. YAFU is very customizable, through the optional use of many many command line parameters and a very capable expression interpreter.

This library represents XLSX files writer for Microsoft Excel 2007 and above. The main feature of this library is that it uses C++ standard file streams. On the one hand it results in almost unnoticeable memory and CPU resources consumption while processing (that may be very useful at saving a large data arrays), but on the other hand it makes unfeasible to edit data that were written. Hence, if using this library the structure of the future report should be known enough. SILVERCODERS DocToText is a powerful utility that can convert documents to plain text. It includes a console application and C/C++ library, which allows embedding text extraction mechanisms into other applications. It supports MS Office binary formats: MS Word (DOC), MS Excel (XLS, XLSB), MS PowerPoint (PPT), Rich Text Format (RTF), OpenDocument (also known as ODF and ISO/IEC 26300, full name: OASIS Open Document Format for Office Applications): text documents (ODT), spreadsheets (ODS), presentations (ODP), Office Open XML (ISO/IEC 29500, also called OOXML, OpenXML or MSOOXML) documents: MS Word (DOCX), MS Excel (XLSX), MS PowerPoint (PPTX), iWork, ODFXML (FODP, FODS, FODT), PDF, EML (emails) and HTML. A Forth compiler with a little difference
4tH is a Forth compiler with a little difference. Instead of the standard Forth engine it features a conventional compiler. 4tH is a very small compiler that can create bytecode, C-embeddable bytecode, standalone executables, but also works fine as a scripting language. It supports about 95% of the ANS Forth CORE wordset and features conditional compilation, pipes, files, assertions, forward declarations, enumerations, structures, suspended execution, recursion, include files, etc. It comes with an RPN calculator, line editor, preprocessor, compiler, decompiler, C-source generator, a virtual machine, and a multitasking environment.

Packages to create a Unix like environment under MS-Windows
At this point this project is mainly wpkg which is a replica of dpkg and apt-get that works under Microsoft Windows and Unices. Since version 0.7.0 it works very nicely as it includes most of the important functionality of dpkg (i.e. most everything except dselect functions.) Otherwise, the Unix GNU Windows is expected to be a large set of packages that wpkg can handle. Packages of all the software available under MinGW and GnuWin32 so you can painlessly build a complete Unix like environment under Microsoft Windows.
Embedded HTTP Server (EHS) is a C++ class library which can be inherited from to add HTTP(S) server functionality to any class or application. It is easily extendable (samples included) and supports SSL, form data via POST or GET, uploads via multi-part form attachments and WebSockets. Operation modes include single- and multi-threaded operation.

pgtclng (PostgreSQL Tcl Next-Generation) is a loadable Tcl module for accessing PostgreSQL databases. It was forked from pgtcl in Feb 2004, moved to pgfoundy.org in Aug 2006 and to Sourceforge.net in Mar 2011. Its API is a superset of the pure-Tcl companion project pgintcl.

Extended C Library
Why Is libxc needed? There doesn't exist a library for ANSI C99 for common data containers, such as vectors, trees, etc. There also also doesn't exist a library for common functionality, such as error reporting/logging, string functions, configuration management (reading config files), etc... The programmer working in C doesn't have anything analogous to the Boost C++ library. The extended C library is intended to make some headway into providing this functionality. To ensure unrestricted usage the libxc project is provided under the very permissive BSD license.
