Data structures and Algorithms library
Aleph-w is a library of data structures and algorithms implemented in and for C++. It contains the main data structures: single and double lists, special arrays (dynamic and of bits), many types of trees: multitrees, binary search trees, avl, red-black, randomized, treaps, splay and other interesting types. Several types of hash tables are implemented: separated chaining, open adressing with linear probing and double function hash; this last one has a garbage colector mechanism that allows to free deleted entries. Dynamic linear hash tables are implemented too. The main algorithms on graphs are implemented in an easy way and with good performance features. Network Flow (maximum and min cost), cut points, topological sort, spanning trees, min paths. etc. The graphs are generic in the sense that they can contain data independent of the algorithm. Several containers of the C++ STL library are implemented with Aleph-w. Their performance is better than GNU implementation

C++ library for creating XLSX files for MS Excel 2007 and above.
This library represents XLSX files writer for Microsoft Excel 2007 and above. The main feature of this library is that it uses C++ standard file streams. On the one hand it results in almost unnoticeable memory and CPU resources consumption while processing (that may be very useful at saving a large data arrays), but on the other hand it makes unfeasible to edit data that were written. Hence, if using this library the structure of the future report should be known enough. Modern library for chemistry file reading and writing
Chemfiles is a modern and high-quality library for reading and writing trajectory files created by computational chemistry simulations program. These trajectories contains atomic positions, velocities, names, topology and sometimes more. Running simulations produce enormous amounts of data, which has to be post-processed to extract physical information about the simulated system. Chemfiles provides an interface to access this information which is - unified: the same code will work with all the supported formats; - simple: the interface is easy to use and extensively documented. CLIck allows you to create flat or hierarchical CLI (command line interfaces) in an extremely easy and quick way, supporting very popular features like history with command recalling, context-based auto-completion, tab-based command list, automatic command-line help, special characters, automatic structure builder, and much more. CLIck is written in ANSI C and tested on C and C++ applications on several architectures. It doesn't depend on any external library and uses only a very small subset of POSIX APIs. Despite the project name, you won't need your mouse at all!

FastFlow is a C/C++ programming framework supporting the development of pattern-based parallel programs on multi/many-core, GPUs and distributed platforms. FastFlow run-time is built upon non-blocking threads and lock-free queues. Thanks to its very efficient CAS-free communication/synchronization support (e.g. few clock cycles core-to-core latency), FastFlow effectively supports the exploitation of fine grain parallelism, e.g. parallel codes managing very high frequency streams on commodity multi-core. C++ library to manage threads and any type of exception between them
Libthreadar is a C++ library providing a small set of C++ classes to manipulate threads in a very simple and efficient way from your C++ code. It is able to pass any type of exception that "killed" a thread (uncaught exception) to any other thread calling the join() method. This second thread can catch and manage this exception or simply rethrow it... Additionally to mutex, semaphore and other objects classically used around/with threads, a asynchronous pipe-like class of objects is provided to allow a thread to send blocks of data (or array of objects) to another thread without having to synchronize with it.

Some fundamental C++ classes
warlib is a small collection of useful C++ classes targeted for high performance servers. The library is writen in C++14, and uses the boost libraries. It's basically the fundamental bulding bricks for more specific libraries (like wfde). Currently it contains: - Logging library - Thread Sequencer library - Thread Pool library The download snapshot may be old. Clone from the git repository to get the current version. Note: This project re-uses the project-space at Source Forge for an older, now depricated library of the same name. As C++ and boost have evolved, it was no longer needed.
Powerful search library, best suited for computer-aided translation
Concordia - Roman goddess of agreement. Concordance searcher - tool for translators who need their translations to "agree" with one standard. Concordia is a C++ library for fast text lookup in large corpora. It uses a RAM stored index, which takes up approximately 600MB of memory for a corpus of 2 million sentences. It is based on the idea of a suffix array, enhanced by the presence of other auxiliary data structures. The effects are stunning - Concordia is able to do simple substring lookup at the pace of 5000 queries per second (on personal PC) - a speed which can not be achieved by any other search library. Moreover, Concordia can perform its own "concordia search". For a given input sentece, all substring matches covering this sentence are retrieved. This project now contains fully functional Concordia search library. In the near future, it will be extended by concordia-server: ligthweight, robust web server providing corpora search functionalities
