C++ Benchmarking Library
This project is now maintained at GitHub: https://github.com/DigitalInBlue/Celero Celero is a cross-platform open source C++ benchmarking library. Written with an API similar to Google Test, Celero utilizes C++11 features, offers tested benchmarking capabilities with microsecond precision, baselining, fixtures, and easy test setup. Use the baseline feature to measure/benchmark algorithm performance against a known case to more accurately rate performance of solutions.
Investigo - DX9 Performance and Debugging Toolkit
Investigo is a toolkit for DirectX9 performance analysis and debugging. For any DirectX9 application: view live performance graphs via the embedded HTTP server and capture performance metrics for offline analysis. Investigo is released under an MIT style licence. The first binary release is now up. An article on Investigo can be found on Code Project: http://www.codeproject.com/Articles/448756/Introducing-Investigo-Using-a-Proxy-DLL-and-embedd If you want to work on Investigo and help move it forward, please join me on SourceForge! Memory usage logger and analyzer
Set of tools allowing to log and analyze memory usage of native applications by hooking to allocation functions. Currently running on Windows 32bit, more platforms can be added if needed. The unique ability is logs can be capured by end users and send to the developer for analysis.
A Simple Process Manager for Windows.
A simple C# Program created for managing processes currently running on your PC.
Windows prebuilt binary of QCacheGrind (better known as KCacheGrind)
The QCacheGrind branch of KCacheGrind compiled with the QT5 toolkit for use in Windows. This tool allows visualisation of profiling data in the callgrind-format. For Xdebug (PHP), version 2.2+ of the extension is recommended. Currently built and tested in Windows 7 for x86 and x64. Please go to https://sourceforge.net/projects/kcachegrind for the source. Description from the main project: KCachegrind visualizes traces generated by profiling, including a tree map and a call graph visualization of the calls happening. It's designed to be fast for very large programs like KDE applications.
QUAD Memory Access Profiling Toolset
QUAD (Quantitative Usage Analysis of Data) consists of several tools that provide a comprehensive overview of the memory access behavior of an application. The primary goal is the detection of the actual data dependencies at the function-level.
Make your own virtual FPGA system and profile deeply with CI.
TestDrive Profiling Master is a free simulation software for Verilog/SystemVerilog and C/C++. It supports a CI (Continuous Integration) activity for H/W & S/W engineers' cooperation. Run by MS Windows environment, its use is governed by MIT License(Profiles) and LGPLv3(TestDrive Profiling Master). Based on the powerful compiler Verilator and GCC, TestDrive Profiling Master provides a totally free virtual FPGA system environment with various dynamic documents for profiling in deep on your system design. It performs a seamless conversion to a real FPGA environment without any changes of your testing software. I hope you will accomplish a successful design with TestDrive Profiling Master.
