cloc (Count Lines Of Code) counts, and computes differences of, comment lines, blank lines, and physical lines of source code in many programming languages. cloc is now being developed at https://github.com/AlDanial/cloc
C / C++ everything-memory debugger
Warning: Older projects may have to be compiled with -DDEBUG_NEW_CONFIG_HAVE_DEPRECATED Debug_New offers the possibility of debugging memoryleaks, not only (note the "not only"; that's just one of its functions) in a <report-memory-leaks-on-shutdown> kind of way, but implemented using memory-states. - Cross platform + Cross compiler support (only utilizes the preprocessor and template-voodoo-magic for c++) - Supports C and C++ - Supports gcc and g++ - Supports pthread and any posix platform - Multithreading is supported. - Easy to use and install (just include the header and link the source). - Easily debug memory-leaks. - Easily debug dangling pointers. - Easily debug deallocation method correctness. - Easily debug array index errors (when writing past the end). - Easily profile memory usage and track down memory hawks. - Click-And-Goto-Source support for Visual Studio. - Integrated compatibility for new, new, delete, delete, malloc, calloc, realloc, free
FunctionCheck is a profiler for C/C++ programs, based on gcc V4.6.3+. Features are flat profile, cycles detection, call-graph, MIN/MAX time in functions, memory profiling, profiling control at execution...
C++ Benchmarking Library
This project is now maintained at GitHub: https://github.com/DigitalInBlue/Celero Celero is a cross-platform open source C++ benchmarking library. Written with an API similar to Google Test, Celero utilizes C++11 features, offers tested benchmarking capabilities with microsecond precision, baselining, fixtures, and easy test setup. Use the baseline feature to measure/benchmark algorithm performance against a known case to more accurately rate performance of solutions.
The goal of this project is to develop the OS-independent, obtrusive, customizable, extensible, generic logging and tracing software mechanism.
Light profiler with little overhead and "realtime" reporting, works also on x86_64. Instructions on how to use are in the source file.
Pprof2calltree-cpp is a C++ port of pprof2calltree to convert a debug data created by APD to calltree format that Kcachegrind understands.
TRAM (short for Trace Analyse Modules) is a collection of plug-ins for the sofware Tulip (see www.tulip-software.org), which is extended in this way to analyse and display traces (resp. trace-data).
Note: this tool has moved to github, this repository is not maintained any more. See https://github.com/turdusmerula/ftrace GScopeLog is a tool for instrumenting c++ code through gcc. The main purpose is to trace entry/exit point of functions. A status file may be generated to give overview of functions calls and timing informations with minimal impact on performances.
iEmendo allows a PHP application to seamlessly report errors and/or exceptions to a remote server by utilising PHP's custome error handlers. The iEmendo website provides a Web 2.0 type interface with an AJAX based console to view log updates in realtime
Distributed load testing tool, protocol-independent and extensible. Standard version: HTTP (GET and POST methods, Cookies, Basic WWW-authentication, SSL...) and Jabber. Simulates user behaviour, reports many measurements in real time.
C++ class hierarchy for easy logging anything that can be streamed to syslog, and to time, log and make statistics on function execution and log system resource usage.
