An object relational-mapping (ORM) library for Java
Hibernate is an Object/Relational Mapper tool. It's very popular among Java applications and implements the Java Persistence API. Hibernate ORM enables developers to more easily write applications whose data outlives the application process. As an Object/Relational Mapping (ORM) framework, Hibernate is concerned with data persistence as it applies to relational databases (via JDBC).
The free and Open Source productivity suite
Free alternative for Office productivity tools: Apache OpenOffice - formerly known as OpenOffice.org - is an open-source office productivity software suite containing word processor, spreadsheet, presentation, graphics, formula editor, and database management applications. OpenOffice is available in many languages, works on all common computers, stores data in ODF - the international open standard format - and is able to read and write files in other formats, included the format used by the most common office suite packages. OpenOffice is also able to export files in PDF format. OpenOffice has supported extensions, in a similar manner to Mozilla Firefox, making easy to add new functionality to an existing OpenOffice installation.
Integrates Checkstye into the Eclipse IDE
The Eclipse Checkstyle plug-in integrates the Checkstyle Java code auditor into the Eclipse IDE. The plug-in provides real-time feedback to the user about violations of rules that check for coding style and possible error prone code constructs.
The faster, safer desktop browser for macOS, Windows, and Linux

Middleware for distributed applications
The purpose of the project is to develop a portable programming framework that facilitates distributed and multi-threaded programming for C++, Java, and Python. MADARA was originally developed as an agent-based middleware specifically for real-time, distributed artificial intelligence, but is now more general purpose for distributed timing, control, knowledge and reasoning, and quality-of-service. MADARA is composed of several tools and middleware, and the main entry point into the system is the Knowledge and Reasoning Language (KaRL) Engine, which provides a real-time scripting language for nanosecond execution times hooked into a flexible transport layer for distributed reasoning. The KaRL engine also supports object-oriented C++, Java, and Python programming through Containers, classes that provide abstractions and references for variable location within the KaRL Knowledge Base. This project is currently in process of being ported from http://madara.googlecode.com.
object orientated scripting language
ObjectiveScript is an object orientated scripting language that tries to combine the speed of scripting with an object orientated syntax similar to Java and C++. The language offers native data types like bool, double, float, int and string as well as user defined object types and a system library with data types similar to the Java boxed types like Integer and String. Collections like List, Map, etc. can be used with object and value types and can also be used as raw types (i.e. List == List<Object>).
IUP is a portable toolkit for building graphical user interfaces. It offers a configuration API in three basic languages: C, Lua and LED. IUP purpose is to allow a program to be executed in different systems without any modification.
CD (Canvas Draw) is a platform-independent graphics library. It is implemented in several platforms using native graphics libraries: Windows (GDI) and X-Windows (XLIB). The canvas is an abstract surface that can be a window, an image or a metafile.
A new system programming language designed to occupy the same niche C is currently holding, that allows for easier development of large platform-independent systems.
A modern, elegant and powerful operating system based on Arch Linux.
The purpose of Antergos is to provide a modern, elegant and powerful operating system based on one of the best Linux distributions out there, Arch Linux. Antergos is easy to use and very customizable It is open source, free and based on the fast and lightweight Arch Linux. Antergos uses the official Arch Linux package repositories and the AUR (user-submitted packages) along with its own software repositories. As with other GNU/Linux systems, Antergos is virtually free of viruses and spyware
Old-school 2D game engine
An old-school game engine, much like good old ID and Apogee games as Duke Nukem, Commander Keen and Biomenace, slightly inspired by Diana Gruber's "Action Arcade Adventure Set". Made with Allegro.pas and programmed in Pascal.
Graphical frontend to Gentoo Portage
Kuroo is a graphical frontend to Portage that integrates into the K-Desktop-Environment and covers most common maintenance tasks on Portage based systems.
LIXA, LIbre XA, is a free and open source XA transaction manager
LIXA (LIbre XA) is an open source and free Transaction Manager implementing the distributed transaction processing "XA specification" and "TX (transaction demarcation) specification" according to the X/Open CAE Specification. Starting with version 1.5 it implements XTA: XA Transaction API, an innovative API that implements XA transactional context passing among different applications. LIXA is a Transaction Manager but it's not a Transaction Monitor: this is the distinguishing feature of the project. LIXA technology enables every application container, like a web server or a shell, to become an XA compliant application server. The client/server architecture of LIXA allows many application containers to share a single LIXA (state) server: this is ideal when horizontal scalability is a must and many identical application containers must refer to a single transactional environment. LIXA can be used with the C, C++, COBOL programming languages.
The open source grid computing solution
JPPF makes it easy to parallelize computationally intensive tasks and execute them on a Grid.
A collection of packages providing extra functionality for GNU Octave
Octave-Forge is a central location for collaborative development of packages for GNU Octave. The Octave-Forge packages expand Octave's core functionality by providing field specific features via Octave's package system. See https://octave.sourceforge.io/packages.php for a list of all available packages. GNU Octave is a high-level interpreted language, primarily intended for numerical computations. It provides capabilities for the numerical solution of linear and nonlinear problems, and for performing other numerical experiments. It also provides extensive graphics capabilities for data visualization and manipulation. Octave is normally used through its interactive command line interface, but it can also be used to write non-interactive programs. The Octave language is quite similar to Matlab so that most programs are easily portable. Refer to https://www.octave.org for more information.
Math library for Free Pascal and Lazarus.
LMath, based on DMath, is a mathematical library for FreePascal (FPC) and Lazarus. It is entirely written in Pascal and does not depend on external libraries. LMath provides routines and demo programs for numerical analysis, including mathematical functions, probabilities, matrices, optimization, linear and nonlinear equations, integration, Fast Fourier Transform, random numbers, curve fitting, statistics and graphics. It is organized s set of lazarus packages which makes it easily extensible and helps to include only really needed features in your project.
Extended C Library
Why Is libxc needed? There doesn't exist a library for ANSI C99 for common data containers, such as vectors, trees, etc. There also also doesn't exist a library for common functionality, such as error reporting/logging, string functions, configuration management (reading config files), etc... The programmer working in C doesn't have anything analogous to the Boost C++ library. The extended C library is intended to make some headway into providing this functionality. To ensure unrestricted usage the libxc project is provided under the very permissive BSD license. If you need a different license then please send me a request (lelanthran at gmail) and I'll do my best to satisfy your request. What's completed? As of writing, the following libraries have been written and tested: 1. Memory accounting/tracking 2. String operations 3. Vectors 4. Trees 5. Dictionary arrays 6. Configuration management See the wiki page for more information
