    DBvolution

Java library to remove Object/Relation Impedance

Now stored at https://github.com/gregorydgraham/DBvolution Available from Maven Central: nz.co.gregs.dbvolution Makes relational data easy and fast to use with semantic annotations and encapsulated datatypes. Simple declaration of a DB table: @DBTableName("mytable") public class MyTable extends DBRow { @DBColumn("numeric_code") @DBForeignKey(Code.class) private DBNumber numericCode = new DBNumber(); @DBColumn("uid_mytable") @DBPrimaryKey @DBAutoIncrement private DBNumber uidMyTable = new DBNumber(); } Easy Gets: List<MyTable> myRows = myDB.get(new MyTable()); MyTable row = myDB.getDBTable(new MyTable()).getByPrimaryKey(61176904); Natural and Outer Joins and Criteria: CarCo carCo = new CarCo(); carCo.name.isLiterally("GM"); List<DBQueryRow> results = myDB.get(carCo, new Marque()); dbQuery.addOptional(new CarModel()); Easy debugging: query.getSQLForQuery(); Simple processing: db.print(query.getAllRows()); List<Marque> marques = query.getAll

    Protheon ORM

Flexible and simple ORM Library for PHP applications

There are a lot of ORM implementations for the PHP platform, from high-end 'Doctrine' to many low-end solutions. ProtheonORM is a valid, fast solution to have a ORM solution with only minimal configuration with the high-end features. It can be used in any type of application or website and re-uses any existing MySQLIi or PDO connection but also provides simple MySQLi and PDO wrapper classes. The ORM classes provide a elegant, easily readable and complete SQL solution which look something like this: $res = $customer->fields("id,name")->first(4); foreach($res as $row) ..... • PyConfigExtended - Jarngreipr

Handles extended but compatible config files

The common - widely accustomed - configuration file format is mainly section oriented with limits for the application. Namely for the file based "executable-setup' of software components including graphical user interfaces. Alternatives are already available, e.g. ConfigParser and ConfigObj. The main for yet another issue arose from the requirements: 1. to supply an integrated solution of simple configuration files with the internal data representation by PyObjectTrees 2. to supply a facility for the customizable setup of complex software components including graphical interfaces by a 'simple' syntax - applicable for almost anyone. Therefore e.g. following features are introduced: -> path-like section names - representing tree structures with name spaces, e.g. '[a.b.c]' -> introduction of multiple keywords for recursive resolution and replacement during the scan, e.g. for environment, executables, includes, GUI masks, SW components, .. ***UPDATE SOON*** V1.0=Jarngreipr

  • PyObjectTrees - Megingiard

Provides path-like addressing of object trees

The module PyObjectTrees - pyobjtrees - provides path like access with customizable implict creation of tree members. The design is inspired by object management trees for ITU-T standards, but provides a basic layer for any generic data in tree structure. The short example for now is (update is going to follow soon): The call: A=OmAttributesTree() A[key0][key1][key3][key4]='It's me!' creates: A={key0:{key1:{key3:{key4:'It's me!'}}}} The call B=OmAttributesTree() B[key0][[key1a,key1b,ke1c]][key3][key4]='It's one of mine!' creates: B={key0:{ key1a:{key3:{key4:'It's one of mine!'}} key1b:{key3:{key4:'It's one of mine!'}} key1c:{key3:{key4:'It's one of mine!'}} } } Just a few of resulting shortcuts, following data types are supported: constructed: list, dictionary scalars: any Python type including constructred. ***UPDATE SOON*** V1.0 - Megingiard

    SSQML

A schema to describe ANSI/ISO SQL in XML and associated tools

SSQML: Standard Structured Query Markup Language This is an XML dialect that allows any valid SQL statement, clause, expression, predicate, or query to be expressed fully in XML based on an XML compliant schema. The schema is based on Backus Normal Form (BNF) representations of ANSI-ISO/IEC SQL Standards; ISO/IEC 9075 :2003, ISO/IEC 9075 :2006, ISO/IEC 9075 :2008, ISO/IEC 9075-14 :2013 XML-Related Specifications (SQL/XML) Does not include support for Embedded SQL Ada, C, COBOL, Fortran, MUMPS, Pascal, or PL/I programs. These may be added in future. This schema was generated by automation taking the SQL BNFs as input. It was then run through schema validators and manually modified further to result in a valid schema. The schema was designed such that if an instance document has its tags removed and the order of the content preserved, a valid SQL statement or fragment will be left. A JAXB library with javadocs that represent ssqml.xsd are checked into SVN
