Free software for generating understandable and accurate fuzzy systems
GUAJE stands for Generating Understandable and Accurate fuzzy models in a Java Environment. Thus, it is a free software tool (licensed under GPL-v3) with the aim of supporting the design of interpretable and accurate fuzzy systems by means of combining several preexisting open source tools, taking profit from the main advantages of all of them. It is a user-friendly portable tool designed and developed in order to make easier knowledge extraction and representation for fuzzy systems, paying special attention to interpretability issues. GUAJE lets the user define expert variables and rules, but also provide supervised and fully automatic learning capabilities. Both types of knowledge, expert and induced, are integrated under the expert supervision, ensuring interpretability, simplicity and consistency of the knowledge base along the whole process. Notice that, GUAJE is is an upgraded version of the free software called KBCT (Knowledge Base Configuration Tool).
Object-oriented equation-based modelling and optimisation software
DAE Tools is a cross-platform equation-based object-oriented modelling, simulation and optimisation software. A modeling tool for software engineers (OO)
Object Graph Visualizer is a tool primarily meant to be used in CS courses to help new students understand the Object Oriented paradigm and patterns. Classes and objects - that can be part of a software project - are visualised in 3D: The classes stay In the xz-plane in form of an UML class diagram. Directly above in the y-axis objects can be instantiated as an object diagram. Classes can be connected with all sorts of relations (Associations, Compositions, Generalization, etc.), objects with object relations. Following additional functionality is provided: Attributes, Mulitplicities, Roles, Object Graph Mode, Coloring, Save and Load, XMI 1.1 Import from Enterprise Architect, Associations (undirected, directed, bidirected), Aggregations, Compositions, Dependency, Generalization, Multiple Virtual Inheritance (Developer Addendum: It shouldn't be too difficult to add an API for remote application control, e.g. visualize and debug a running programm. A canvas library for generating technical drawings
The ADG library (Automatic Drawing Generation) is a set of functions focused on automating the drawing of mechanical parts. It is not a CAD system but a GObject-based library where a custom application can put common CAD entities such as paths, hatches and dimensions, to automatically create technical drawings. A demo application is provided in order to show the capabilities of the canvas. Although it is possible to interact with the library directly in C (that is what the adg-demo program is doing), the canvas is expected to be used from higher level languages, much in the same way as what done in the GNOME stack. Lua bindings based on LGI are already provided out of the box. The adg-lua project, downloadable from the "Files" section, provides Lua programs and demos that leverages these bindings.

The NeuroSolutions: Formula Generator utility converts the weights file of a default MLP breadboard (1-hidden layer with a TanhAxon in the hidden layer and either a TanhAxon or BiasAxon in the output layer) into a usable formula that can be copied and pasted into your own programs to compute the output of the trained neural network.

Utility functionalities for simple Xml usage in Java
Facading Xml core usages for simple and easy xml usage for basic xml reading, writing, validating, especially support for simplified XPath access for reading and writing data. XPath functionality is not fully supported so far and leaks functions, conditions, axis (except 'this' and 'parent') and operators. Indexed access is supported. Be invited to join further development or send Junit test cases if you find something (existing) is not working properly :-)

Simple petri net editor
Simple editor and analyzer of Petri nets. It allows you to build reachability tree with/without instant transitions and Markov chains. It is also possible to set transition distributions and set all the parameters of the current distribution. This project was made as a course project at NTUU "KPI" during attending classes "Computer modelling". Feel free to make any changes to the current version or ask me if you have any question.
