It allows you to manipulate files and folders in a similar way with the native Windows Explorer. As an extra feature it lets you easily see the size of a file or folder by middle clicking its 3D object. Another extra feature is the group selection which allows you to group together files and folders from different locations and copy/move/delete them. Explorer 3D also has a "task bar" representation for all running applications, each 3D object representing one running application displaying it's title and memory usage just like in Windows Task Manager. OLEDBDAC-based applications connects to any data source exposed through OLE DB using the .NET Framework Data Provider for OLE DB. OLEDBDAC aims to assist programmers in developing of fast and native database applications whose data source is exposed through OLE DB. OLEDBDAC uses native OLE DB through COM interop to enable data access. OLEDBDAC does not support OLE DB version 2.5 interfaces. OLE DB Providers that require support for OLE DB 2.5 interfaces will not function correctly with the OLE DB Data Access Components. This includes the Microsoft OLE DB provider for Exchange and the Microsoft OLE DB provider for Internet Publishing. OLEDBDAC does not work with the OLE DB provider for ODBC (MSDASQL). To access an ODBC data source use the ODBCDAC instead.

Some small programs that appear here are in real use in a small business, but no warranty is given! SimpleDemo contains more complete apps that can be used to demonstrate a working Gambas program. Database is often needed. SimpleSample is more a small piece of sample code as a reminder how gambas works or how something can be done. Empty project is an example of how you can start with some things in place already; just copy the code to any new project, more templates might appear. Feedback is welcomed of course, bugs might be corrected if you create a ticket in the bug list.

This lightweight and open source framework provides logging for Delphi. It is full featured, supports multiple Loggers, Appenders and Formaters, but comes in a single file "nxLogging.pas". You can use it free for both, private and commercial applications. Target compilers are from Delphi 2010 to Delphi X Seattle and Berlin, it is cross plattform, for Firemonkey and VCL. You can use file logging in various strategies (plain, rolling file appender, ...) and remote logging is also supported. The framework can send log messages immediately to log servers, a central database for all your logmessages from all your installations. There is also a free tool "nxTail" for live viewing logs. This can tail your log files and can be connected to log servers, to show all logs from all sources.
