A Graphical Developement Environment based on a Basic Interpreter with object extensions.
JamVM is a new Java Virtual Machine conforming to the JVM specification edition 2 (blue book). It is extremely small - stripped on PowerPC ~110K, Intel 80K. However, unlike other small VMs it supports the full spec, inc. object finalisation and JNI.
Converts (packages) Python programs into stand-alone executables
PyInstaller is a program that converts (packages) Python programs into stand-alone executables, under Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, AIX and Solaris. Its main advantages over similar tools are that PyInstaller works with any version of Python since 2.3, it builds smaller executables thanks to transparent compression, it is fully multi-platform, and uses the OS support to load the dynamic libraries, thus ensuring full compatibility. The main goal of PyInstaller is to be compatible with 3rd-party packages out-of-the-box. This means that, with PyInstaller, all the required tricks to make external packages work are already integrated within PyInstaller itself so that there is no user intervention required. You'll never be required to look for tricks in wikis and apply custom modification to your files or your setup scripts. As an example, libraries like PyQt, Django or matplotlib are fully supported, without having to handle plugins or external data files manually.
The PHP script engine for Java. --- Run PHP applications within any J2EE server or servlet engine and/or connect script engines like PHP with Java or .NET back ends efficiently.
JPype is an effort to allow python programs full access to java class libraries. This is achieved not through re-implementing Python, as Jython/JPython has done, but rather through interfacing at the native level in both Virtual Machines.
We have debuggers for bash.
SmallBASIC is a fast and easy to learn BASIC language interpreter ideal for everyday calculations, scripts and prototypes.
A cross-platform interpreter for many point-and-click adventure games
ScummVM is a cross-platform interpreter for many point-and-click adventure games. This includes LucasArts SCUMM games (such as Monkey Island 1-3, Day of the Tentacle, Sam & Max, ...), many of Sierra's AGI and SCI games (such as King's Quest 1-6, Space Quest 1-5, ...), Discworld 1 and 2, Simon the Sorcerer 1 and 2, Beneath A Steel Sky, Lure of the Temptress, Broken Sword 1 and 2, Flight of the Amazon Queen, Gobliiins 1-3, The Legend of Kyrandia 1-3, many of Humongous Entertainment's children's SCUMM games (including Freddi Fish and Putt Putt games) and many more. A BASIC interpreter and compiler with graphics.
X11-Basic is a dialect of the BASIC programming language with graphics capability that integrates features like shell scripting, cgi-Programming and full graphical visualisation into the easy to learn basic language on modern computers.
Interpreter and compiler for the Seed7 programming language.
Interpreter, compiler, libraries, documentation and examples for the Seed7 programming language. Seed7 is a general purpose programming language. It is a higher level language compared to Ada, C/C++ and Java. In Seed7 new statements and operators can be declared easily. Functions with type results and type parameters are more elegant than a template or generics concept. Object orientation is used where it brings advantages and not in places where other solutions are more obvious. Seed7 spares no effort to support portable programming. Several driver libraries assure that the access to operating system resources such as files, directories, network, clock, keyboard, console and graphics are done in a portable way. Although Seed7 contains several concepts from other programming languages, it is generally not considered a direct descendant of any other programming language.
ANS Forth for Win32 and Linux/x86 (used to compile the following SF projects: acWEB, acFTP, acFreeProxy, acSMTP, Forth-Script)
Tcl/Java consists of two pieces of software. Jacl is an implementation of a Tcl interpreter written entirely in Java. Tcl Blend is a Tcl extension that provides access to Java from inside Tcl. One can prototype Java code using Tcl, and much more.
The freeWrap program turns TCL/TK scripts into single-file binary executable programs. freeWrap can wrap TCL/TK applications that consist of multiple script and binary files. freeWrap combines all the files together into a single executable file.

Dynamically loaded extension libraries for GNU AWK
The gawkextlib project provides several extension libraries for gawk (GNU AWK), as well as libgawkextlib containing some APIs that are useful for building gawk extension libraries. These libraries enable gawk to process XML data, interact with a PostgreSQL database, use the GD graphics library, and perform unlimited precision MPFR calculations. These extensions work with GNU AWK version 4.1.1 or later. We have created a framework for packaging gawk extensions, and we welcome further contributions. Recent additions include haru, redis, and select for I/O multiplexing.
