  • "Slow CPU" Emulator Icon

    "Slow CPU" Emulator

Slows down any given Windows process (written in C#)

"Slow CPU" Emulator is useful for slowing down games, testing how applications deal with lag, and/or reducing the overall CPU usage of a specified process. Simply tell the emulator the update interval and speed percentage, and witness your application slowing down to the specified speed live! The code is written in C# for Windows and is extremely robust, flexible and stable, and has been tested very thoroughly. I apologise in advance for the code not being very readable, sometimes spaghetti code is more optimised code. ;) If you encounter any issues, do not hesitate to tell me. :) License: MS-PL Do whatever you want with the code. Credit would be nice, but definitely not required. I am not responsible for any undesired or unintended effects that may (most probably won't) come up as a result of using the application.

  • The Fastest Mouse Clicker for Windows Icon

The Fastest Mouse Clicker for Windows

The world's fastest auto clicker. Supports command line. Free.

This free open source application emulates Windows mouse clicks when end-user is pressing a trigger key on a keyboard EXTREMELY QUICKLY, with hardware speed limit. I have rewritten this program inspired by a currently obsolete projects "Fast Mouse Clicker" by xytor and "AutoClicker" by mousetool. My application utilizes the cutting-edge feature of the SendInput() system call that aggregates some 100-1000 mouse clicks in one array and fires this array to a computer hardware at once. This program solves the following end-user problems: - How can I click faster? - How can I use mouse from my keyboard in Windows? - How do I make my mouse click automatically? - What is butterfly clicking? *NEW* Command line support: TheFastestMouseClicker.exe -c <clicks/s> -t <trigger key> -s <stop at> -m {p|t} -b {l|m|r}. See Features below. *NEW* Auto-save all the clicking parameters! Formerly "The Windows Intel Fastest Mouse Clicker" and "Fast Mouse Clicker Professional Windows".

A fluent language to write perftences

Performance test engine written in Java and exposed as a fluent API for writing JUnit tests. Perftence can also be used without JUnit by using perftence-api distribution package. Full test results are provided in html, which can published directly with different CI's (e.g. Jenkins/Hudson). Runtime test statistics are also provided through logging (e.g. using slf4j-log4j and log4j). Pertence tool can also be used for finding out threading issues. Just write a test that uses the component you need to test for threading issues and assign load of threads to the test. Thanks to my employer (Nokia) for letting me publish the initial version of this tool as open-source!

  • CSV Comparator Icon

    CSV Comparator

CSV Comparator is a tool for comparing files which contain CSV-Data.

CSV Comparator is a tool for comparing files which contain CSV-Data. It was created for performance engineers to be able to have a easy way to compare data from two testruns and be able to automate the comparing process of various files with scripts. There is a command line tool as well as a user interface. In case you need to compare .xml-Files you can convert them to .csv-Files with my other project CSV Transformer. The advantages by using CSV as input and output are the following: - Many applications allow an export of its data to CSV or Excel(were it could be saved to CSV) - It is possible to pre- and postprocess the data, e.g removing version numbers before comparing - It is easy to create CSV data from logfiles and other resources by using unix tools like sed or awk - CSV can be loaded into other applications, especially Excel, were it can be formatted by macros for analyzing.

  • Metric Collector

A bash-Script to collect metrics from a Linux system.

Collects server and java process information from various tools and creates charts with the data. The script was tested on GNU/Linux with gnuplot 4.4. For the script to work you have to set the variable "JAVA_HOME" to a valid JDK location. Check the documentation in the script file. The following information gets collected: >> output from vmstat >> netstat tcp states and established connections >> information from /proc/fd >> jstat -gc output >> jstat -class output >> CPU%, MEM% and ThreadCount from top and ps-command >> disk usage for each mounted device from df-command

  • SPL Tools Icon

    SPL Tools

Stochastic Performance Logic testing tools and utilities.

Stochastic Performance Logic (SPL) serves for capturing performance assumptions. With SPL, it is possible to annotate Java functions with assumptions stating, for example, that the annotated function is at most three times slower than array copying. The assumption is then checked at build time in a similar way as standard unit testing. In other words, SPL is about introducing performance assert(). The advantage of SPL in comparison with other similar solutions includes following. SPL formulas uses well-defined logic and statistically sound testing (such as t-test). Next, SPL is aimed at automatic evaluation. And finally, SPL formulas uses relative comparisons (opposed to comparing against fixed time) to provide better portability.

  • gcRadar

A library for monitoring the garbage collection of app objects

gcRadar is not a static code anayser but it is a library using which is ment to beused in your source code and it will monitor and report the lifetime events of yuor objects. gcRadar can provide this information by using callbacks, log4j & polling. gcRadar can monitor entities ranging from individula objects to full object trees comprising of is-a & has-a relationships. By using gcRadar you can monitor the lifetime of the objects that are created by your application in runtime, gcRadar enables the application to be aware of the memory constaraints that arise at runtime. The workings of the mythical Java Garbage Collector have for long eluded the common developer. Now by gcRadar enable you to record the life and death of objects at runtime.

  • TriggerUnit

TriggerUnit - A unit testing framwork for SQL database triggers

TriggerUnit ist an extensionto DBUnit and JUnit4 to create unit tests for database triggers. Database triggers are often a critical part of todays bussiness applications, but they are usually not integrated into the software engineering process. TriggerUnit tries to change that by providing an simple and powerful framework for database trigger testing. Database trigger unit tests are created using a simple jave framework based on DBUnit and Junit. Integrating development of database triggers into the software engineering process, gives advantages like running unit tests on continuous integration server or measuring test coverage of your triggers. It also makes the quality of your SQL code more visible and lowers gaps between software developers (e.g. java code, c# code) and database developers.
