Converts (packages) Python programs into stand-alone executables
PyInstaller is a program that converts (packages) Python programs into stand-alone executables, under Windows, Linux, Mac OS X, AIX and Solaris. Its main advantages over similar tools are that PyInstaller works with any version of Python since 2.3, it builds smaller executables thanks to transparent compression, it is fully multi-platform, and uses the OS support to load the dynamic libraries, thus ensuring full compatibility. The main goal of PyInstaller is to be compatible with 3rd-party packages out-of-the-box. This means that, with PyInstaller, all the required tricks to make external packages work are already integrated within PyInstaller itself so that there is no user intervention required. You'll never be required to look for tricks in wikis and apply custom modification to your files or your setup scripts. As an example, libraries like PyQt, Django or matplotlib are fully supported, without having to handle plugins or external data files manually.

Obsolete. See http://www.ti.com/tool/msp430-gcc-opensource or upstream GNU tools. This is a port of the GNU C Compiler (GCC) and GNU Binutils (as, ld) for the embedded processor MSP430. Tools for debugging and download are provided (GDB, JTAG and BSL)
Translates state machine into a target programming language.
SMC takes a state machine stored in a .sm file and generates a State pattern in 14 programming languages. Includes: default transitions, transition args, transition guards, push/pop transitions and Entry/Exit actions. See User Manual for more info.
GDL - GNU Data Language, a free IDL (Interactive Data Language, see http://ittvis.com/idl/) compatible incremental compiler.
Psyco showed that it is possible to execute Python code at speeds approaching that of fully compiled languages, by "specialization". The project is now dead and replaced by PyPy: http://pypy.org/
ASN.1 types and codecs (BER, CER, DER) implementation in Python programming language. A collection of various ASN.1-based protocols data structures is supplied in a dedicated Python package. Project moved to GitHub: https://github.com/etingof/pyasn1
Unfortunately this project has been suspended. If you wish to continue its development on your own, please feel free to contact me. UnPyc is a tool for disassembling, analyzing and decompiling Python's *.pyc and *.pyo files. UnPyc supports Python 2.5, 2.6.
IGCC is a real-eval-print loop (REPL) simulator for C/C++ programmers. It allows you to type C++ commands which are immediately compiled and executed. Underneath it uses the normal GCC exe for compiling.
Parse C++ header files using ply.lex to generate navigable class tree representing the class structure. CppHeaderParser.py has the advantage of being a pure python C++ header parser. Grap a copy of ply at http://www.dabeaz.com/ply/
Unix Tools For Windows
CodeBlocks With A full development environment. Took a while but CodeBlocks is now upto speed and in sync with the current release version. New version of CodeBlocks supports XML based configuration, so users can do specialized compiler support if needed. Changed away from the old Msys in favor of Msys2 which has better support for a lot of things like miktex. Old package is still there if you still need it but wont be developed on anymore. Loads of modifications compared to the Msys2 package from Alex, you can still update Msys2 packages from his server though. MinGW64 packages have to many changes compared to Alex version so those will not upgrade but im working on creating my own package server. Current Msys2/MinGW64 gcc is now 6.2.0-4 and binutils 2.27. New packages will be uploaded shortly. Stay tuned for more changes.
GP2Exe makes .exe files from Python scripts. But it isn\'t like those complicated programs availble, where coding is not important but essential: it has a stable, fast, user-friendly and intuitive GUI to make things as easy as they can be.

A disassembler for the linux platform. Currently this supports x86 ELF files assumed to be written in C and output to intel- syntax assembly language; however the design is modular and replacements for any of these can be written.
UIMP(Unified Image Manipulation Program) is an OS independent Image Processing system, which provides over 1000 algorithms and supports web online, console and GUI program.

Universal parser generator, currently with full C and Python support
UniCC (UNIversal Compiler Compiler) is a LALR(1) parser generator. It compiles an augmented grammar definition into a program source code that parses that grammar. Parsing is the process of transferring input matching a particular grammar, like e.g. a source code written in a programming language, into a well-formed data structure. Because UniCC is intended to be target-language independent, it can be configured via template definition files to emit parsers in nearly any programming language. UniCC supports parser code generation for the following programming languages so far: - C is fully supported (and reference implementation), - Python is well supported, - ECMAScript is prototyped in a stub, but will come soon. More target languages can easily be added by creating specific target language templates.
The CCC Language is yet another programming language. It is platform-independent, compact, and robust. Supports many SQL engines, has own ISAM DB engine, has terminal mode and more UI-s, is object-oriented, but it is compiled and not interpreted.
