JPype is an effort to allow python programs full access to java class libraries. This is achieved not through re-implementing Python, as Jython/JPython has done, but rather through interfacing at the native level in both Virtual Machines.
Command-line/Ant-task/embeddable text file preprocessor. Macros, flow control, expressions. Recursive directory processing. Extensible in Java to display data from any data sources (as database). Can generate complete homepages (tree of HTML-s, images, etc.)
A code-authoring expert system
This project is being ported to a Windows 10 WSL ubuntu environment. MSS Code Factory is a model-to-source code manufacturing tool that enables Fractal Programming by capturing a programmer's coding architecture and style through a General Expansion Language (GEL) XML syntax. It produces a Java 8 Object-Relational Management caching architecture with pluggable persistent storage to DB/2 LUW, MySQL, Oracle, PostgreSQL, and SAP/Sybase ASE databases, as well as an in-memory RAM repository. It also produces a structured SAX XML parser for loading databases, an X(ml)Msg implementation for client-server communications, and JavaFX components for custom GUIs with full support for field validation reporting to a CFConsole. There is a partial C++14 coding attempt as well, which has not been debugged. But it proves the point and the engine supports it. All source code now resides at https://github.com/msobkow The 2.9 and 2.10 projects are now all under an Apache V2 license.

SableCC is a parser generator which generates object-oriented frameworks for building compilers, interpreters and other text parsers. SableCC keeps a clean separation between machine and user code which leads to a shorter development cycle.
An Eclipse plugin for generating code out of an Entity-Relationship-Diagram (ERD). Currently SQL-DDL and POJO classes with EJB3.0 Annotations are supported. The diagrams conform to the diagram description by H. Buff (german book, ISBN 3-03-440201-5)
A coldfusion based Oracle interface for schema discovery (SQL Create scripts, Indexes, Constraints, referential etc), Data browsing and exporting. Woodi includes CF code generation tools for various SQL functions, JS validation and CFC code generation.
The Atlantis Project for application development was founded because of the growing need to quickly develop high quality applications based on a 1, 2 , 3 or multi-tiered system architecture.
A tool chain allowing quick migration from existing SOAP webservices implementation to RESTful webservices implementation by using axisting WSDL defintion together with the services impl. classes.(dev. by a group http://tech.groups.yahoo.com/group/slosc)
Moved to GitHub: https://github.com/cojen/Cojen Dynamic Java bytecode generation and disassembly tools. A builder allows code to be generated more easily, instead of having to select exact instructions. Utility classes are provided which demonstrate the code generator and loader.
JTools provides some useful tools and utilities for Java 5.0 development. Beneath some smaller utilities we have: a (Ant like) DAO framework (also including XML Repository) and a (JSP like) general purpose template generator and execution framework.
Provides a Java programmable only text file editor. No gui is available. It supplies most of the features you expect from an editor including selections.

Java Ultra-Lite Persistence (JULP): RDBMS independant Object-Relational library. Inheritance, many classes per table, many tables per class, optimistic concurrency, simple mappings, etc. Less then 350KB. GUI to generate classes and mappings.
This project will provide tools that leverage WS-CDL and Pi Calculus to build more robust Service Oriented Architectures (SOA). The tools are now released (and supported) through JBoss Tools (version > 3.2): http://www.jboss.org/tools
Dingo is a pluggable Schema Compiler for .NET and will generate C# code. The goal is to provide a simple way to generate Domain Objects. .NET XSD currently only generates Data Objects. Dingo can delegate code generation with high granularity.
