deej is an open-source hardware volume mixer for Windows and Linux PCs. It lets you use real-life sliders (like a DJ!) to seamlessly control the volumes of different apps (such as your music player, the game you're playing and your voice chat session) without having to stop what you're doing. Control your microphone's input level. Lightweight desktop client, consuming around 10MB of memory. Runs from your system tray. Helpful notifications to let you know if something isn't working. The sliders are connected to 5 (or as many as you like) analog pins on an Arduino Nano/Uno board. They're powered from the board's 5V output (see schematic). The board connects via a USB cable to the PC. The code running on the Arduino board is a C program constantly writing current slider values over its serial interface. The PC runs a lightweight Go client in the background. This client reads the serial stream and adjusts app volumes according to the given configuration file. -

Its main advantages over similar tools are that PyInstaller works with any version of Python since 2.3, it builds smaller executables thanks to transparent compression, it is fully multi-platform, and uses the OS support to load the dynamic libraries, thus ensuring full compatibility. The main goal of PyInstaller is to be compatible with 3rd-party packages out-of-the-box. This means that, with PyInstaller, all the required tricks to make external packages work are already integrated within PyInstaller itself so that there is no user intervention required. You'll never be required to look for tricks in wikis and apply custom modification to your files or your setup scripts. As an example, libraries like PyQt, Django or matplotlib are fully supported, without having to handle plugins or external data files manually. -

It handles dependency resolution, workflow management, visualization, handling failures, command line integration, and much more. The purpose of Luigi is to address all the plumbing typically associated with long-running batch processes. You want to chain many tasks, automate them, and failures will happen. These tasks can be anything, but are typically long running things like Hadoop jobs, dumping data to/from databases, running machine learning algorithms, or anything else. You can build pretty much any task you want, but Luigi also comes with a toolbox of several common task templates that you use. It includes support for running Python mapreduce jobs in Hadoop, as well as Hive, and Pig, jobs. It also comes with file system abstractions for HDFS, and local files that ensures all file system operations are atomic. -

Summernote uses the Open Source libraries jQuery and Bootstrap, if you are using the Boostrap 3 or 4 versions of Summernote, or just jQuery if you use the Lite version of Summernote. Summernote allows you to customize the toolbar. You can compose a toolbar with pre-shipped buttons. Air-mode give an interface without the Toolbar. To reveal popover Toolbar, select a text where you want to modify. Simply turn on airMode and just focus on text. Styles change according to Bootstraps Theme. The editor uses the Bootswatch Themes based on Bootstrap 3, you can also do the same with Bootstrap 4. -

Vulcan is a framework that gives you a set of tools for quickly building React & GraphQL-based web applications. It can handle data loading, e-mail notifications, automatic form generation, and much more, out of the box. Vulcan is unique in that it spans the full-stack, from the database to the browser. While there exist many excellent back-end frameworks or backend-as-a-service providers, these all still require you to handle the front-end code yourself, including building a set of components to read, write, and display data. However, being full-stack, Vulcan is able to speed up these repetitive tasks by providing a whole range of helper components that are fine-tuned to the Vulcan back-end, and as a result just work out of the box. In order to make working with Vulcan easier (especially when it comes to updating the core packages), you are also free to follow the more complicated “two-repo” pattern, with the two repositories. -

Dlib is a modern C++ toolkit containing machine learning algorithms and tools for creating complex software in C++ to solve real world problems. Dlib's open source licensing allows you to use it in any application, free of charge. Good unit test coverage, the ratio of unit test lines of code to library lines of code is about 1 to 4. The library is tested regularly on MS Windows, Linux, and Mac OS X systems. No other packages are required to use the library, only APIs that are provided by an out of the box OS are needed. There is no installation or configure step needed before you can use the library. All operating system specific code is isolated inside the OS abstraction layers which are kept as small as possible. -

Electron.NET
Build cross platform desktop apps with ASP.NET Core
Build cross-platform desktop apps with .NET 5 and ASP.NET NET Core (Razor Pages, MVC), Blazor. Electron.NET is a wrapper around a "normal" Electron application with an embedded ASP.NET Core application. Via our Electron.NET IPC bridge we can invoke Electron APIs from .NET. The CLI extensions host our toolset to build and start Electron.NET applications. There are lots of different approaches how to get an X-plat desktop app running. We thought it would be nice for .NET devs to use the ASP.NET Core environment and just embed it inside a pretty robust X-plat environment called Electron. Porting Electron to .NET is not a goal of this project, at least we don't have any clue how to do it. We just combine ASP.NET Core & Electron. The current Electron.NET CLI builds Windows/macOS/Linux binaries. Our API uses .NET 5, so our minimum base OS is the same as .NET 5.
