C++ exception (and generic) stack trace library (now libinstrument)
Project is migrating to libinstrument (https://sourceforge.net/projects/libinstrument/) Libcsdbg is a C++ exception stack tracer, offers the tools to create and process exception traces, the path an exception has propagated up the call stack, unwinding it, up to the point where it was handled. The traces are detailed with demangled function signatures and addr2line info (source file and line of each function call). Libcsdbg will perform flawlessly with multi-threaded programs, with dynamically linked shared objects (DSO) and with any statically linked library. Libcsdbg helps the developer/tester also create stack traces of any thread, at any point during, as a snapshot of the runtime call graph. This is very useful in cases of fatal errors, reception of terminating signals or process abortion/termination (such as segmentation faults)
GNU make compatible but reliable and simpler build tool
Makepp, a build program which has a number of features that allow for reliable builds and simpler build files, is a drop-in replacement for GNU make. It supports almost all of the syntax that GNU make supports, and can be used with makefiles produced by utilities such as automake. It is called makepp (or make++) because it was designed with special support for C++, which has since been extended to other languages like Swig or embedded SQL. Some features that makepp adds to make are: greatly improved handling of builds that involve multiple makefiles (recursive make is no longer necessary); automatic scanning for include files; rebuild triggered if build command changes; checksum-based signature methods for reliable builds, smart enough to ignore whitespace or comment changes; extensibility through Perl programming (within your makefile); repositories (automatically importing files from another tree); build caches (not recompiling identically what a user of the same cache already did
Interactive communication boards for people with severe disabilities.
TICO is currently a part of ARASUITE!!!! Please, look for ARASUITE in Sourceforge!!!! https://sourceforge.net/projects/arasuite/ TICO is a tool for the design and execution of interactive communication boards. Communication boards are highly used in augmentative and alternative communication (AAC) environments.

The TclPro tool set includes a graphical debugger, a static code checker, a wrapper to generate stand-alone executables, a "compiler" that writes out Tcl byte codes, and a loader that reads byte codes.
Insignis OpenERP is driven by the urge to create a multi-layered, platform and programming language independent environment for the development of database driven custom made business applications, all within a 'standard' application environment.
The LAMPAS project is a combination of common Open Source tools that provides a unified system from where administrators, developers and other parties can manage a large application cluster. The underlying platform is LAMP based.
A Windows Installer Database To XML Bi-Directional Converter. The command line tool msi2xml converts Windows Installer Databases (.msi) to text based XML files. The complementary tool xml2msi reconstructs the .msi from the XML file.
Command-line/Ant-task/embeddable text file preprocessor. Macros, flow control, expressions. Recursive directory processing. Extensible in Java to display data from any data sources (as database). Can generate complete homepages (tree of HTML-s, images, etc.)

This is a port of the ebe programming environment to QT.
The ebe programming environment is a nice IDE designed for developing Assembly programs. It also handles C and C++ programs as well since there was not much extra effort. It used to support Fortran and this could return if people want Fortran. This project is an effort to recode ebe using C++ and QT. Originally ebe was coded using Python, Tkinter and Pmw, which worked out pretty well. The QT environment offers substantially better GUI controls. The most obvious difference is that Python ebe has a lot of separate windows, while the QT ebe will use 1 main window and a collection of dockable subwindows. This will make it easier to use.
Asphyre is a cross-platform framework for Delphi and FreePascal.
Asphyre, also known as Platform eXtended Library, is a cross-platform framework for developing video games and scientific applications in Delphi, and FreePascal/Lazarus. The framework provides facilities for real-time rendering of graphics (using DirectX, OpenGL or Software Renderer), text output, mathematics (including vectors and matrices) and networking communication, among other features. It also supports singleboard devices such as Raspberry PI, Intel Galileo, BeagleBone Black and others with features like GPIO, SPI, I2C and so on, along with external displays, sensors and other peripheral devices.
